That level of genuine care is rare these days. They were never about pushing costs or upselling. Instead, every conversation felt like, "How can we help you? What do you need right now?" They walked me through all of the options with patience and compassion and helped me make decisions during a time when thinking clearly was incredibly hard. I gotta say I feel that their pricing was very good. How often do you need a service like this and when the time comes do you know everything you need to do to take care of closing down accounts, etc. etc. They really helped with the transition and feel better about everything after going. They do only work by appointments. We will see if they make all their timelines as far as us getting our death certificates and the ashes of our loved one but as smooth as everything has been up to this point, I gotta think there will be no problems on the backend. The Director at Casa de Paz drove out to Boulder city and went far beyond the call of kindness to secure us a plot for my cousin. Most of our family is back east And the elsewhere throughout the country and weren't going to travel with this Covid pandemic. So Casa de Paz set up a zoom stream so all of the family & friends could login and view the wake and military honors ceremony just as if they were sitting in the chapel.
