That level of genuine care is rare these days. They were never about pushing costs or upselling. Instead, every conversation felt like, "How can we help you? What do you need right now?" They walked me through all of the options with patience and compassion and helped me make decisions during a time when thinking clearly was incredibly hard. They offer a wide range of services to fit any budget, and everything was handled with care and respect from beginning to end. The owner, Aaron, walked us through the services and process for the entire cremation and let us take our time when we had inquiries. My husband, family, and I were thankful for their service and it made a very difficult time for us a little less stressful. Compassionate, genuine care is what we all experienced after losing our loved one and when you have so much going on after such a devastating loss, it was nice to work with people that tried to make the hardest part of the process a little less traumatic. This is the second funeral our family has had with Davis. The first funeral was for my mother almost 6 years ago. It was very modest and intimate. We said our goodbyes and they took very good care of her. However, our most recent funeral was for my aunt, who struggled with cancer twice. She died suddenly while completing her treatment. Thankfully, Davis welcomed us and coordinated an immediate service. I can't say enough words of praise and gratitude for our funeral arranger, Tiffany. She is by far the best person I've ever had to assist me with any important event. Tiffany answered every question. She was very well prepared with options. She was kind and patient. Most importantly, she was a great empathetic listener. Once we called her with questions, only to find her unavailable due to cutting hair at a hospice facility. That further impressed us, and we knew our beloved aunt was in the right hands. Additionally, we struggled to find a priest on Easter weekend for my aunt's service. When calling my aunt's parrish and the Catholic diocese was unsuccessful in securing a priest, Tiffany did everything she could to assist. She found a priest for a blessing at the chapel service within 24 hours. She made this impossible task look easy. On the day of the service, Tiffany and her team were amazing! They had a portrait of my aunt in the lobby. A special treat that our whole family appreciated. The chapel was so lovely. They had a slide show and our selected music playing. Father Dave gave a moving blessing and small service. We were all very happy with Tiffany, her team, and the small service. Overall, our family is very happy and appreciative of the staff at Davis. My other aunt has been taking great comfort in their grief support items. The 365 days of coping and inspirational quotes give her great comfort as she continues to say goodbye to her sister.
