I was referred to Lindsey by a few friends who had also used her in their apartment/house search, and I cannot say enough good things about Lindsey and her team. I have worked with a number of apartment locators since I moved to Dallas, and none have gone to the lengths Lindsey went for me. I had a very specific set of criteria, with a tight timeline and small desired budget, and Lindsey and her assistant Paige made themselves available to me quite literally 24/7. She took me to see a series of homes and apartments over the course of a few weeks, both for sale and for rent (even at one point helping me try to negotiate a deal with the apartment I lived in at the time, which would have meant no comission for her, but I ultimately chose elsewhere). Once we finally found the place I wanted, I had some issues dealing with the landlord, and Lindsey STILL stayed involved and helped me work through some of the problems directly with the property's realtor.
It did not matter how much time or effort Lindsey had to spend on my search, she was always helpful, kind, and attentive. Something I really appreciated about Lindsey was that she had my best interest in mind first, catering to the properties I was interested in and within my budget, rather than what property had the ability to bring her the most commission -- a quality that previous locators/realtors I have used lacked. I have also referred Lindsey to several friends now who have also all been equally satisfied with her services.
I know there are a lot of apartment locators and realtors out there to choose from, but I would ten times over recommend Lindsey. She will work hard around the clock to help you find your perfect "home", while not bombarding you like some services tend to do. She is a great realtor, who I feel lucky to call my friend now too!
