She was more than willing to see a lot of houses in a 2-day period because I needed to move fast and quickly learn the area and the market. Ultimately, I went with new construction and Chelsea was instrumental in the purchasing process ad the blue tape walkthrough. She was picking out things for the builder to address that I would have totally missed. She kept me on point throughout the process of getting approved through closing. She was constantly following up with Lennar on my behalf and kept the process smoothly moving forward.

She went above and beyond to make sure we were found the right house even from 1200 miles away. For us, that meant walking away from 2 houses that didn't pass inspection. She didn't try and rush us into something that wasn't right which meant a lot to me. We absolutely love our new house in Fairmount and are so pleased with the expereince.

I've had a really great experience working with Catherine while searching for a home in the Dallas…read morearea. Before we even started touring properties, she took the time to meet with me over video and walk through MLS listings together so we could narrow down what I was actually looking for. That conversation helped clarify my priorities and made the whole process feel organized from the beginning. Since then, she has shown me several homes around the greater Dallas area and has been incredibly generous with her time. She went above and beyond was when she FaceTimed me from an open house I couldn't make it to so I could still see the property and ask questions in real time. That level of effort meant a lot. Catherine is very transparent, patient, and easy to work with. She listens carefully, gives honest feedback, and never makes you feel pressured to rush into anything. It's clear she genuinely wants to help her clients find the right home rather than just close a deal. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy realtor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, I would definitely recommend working with her. I haven't found the perfect house yet, but she's been fantastic throughout the search and I'm really glad to have her helping me through the process.

I was given the full attention I required as we moved through the new, sometimes complicated, buying process. Nicole always responded to any questions I had immediately, and listened to my needs (even as they frequently changed). I ended up buying a house in the M-Street area, but Nicole was familiar with every area I was interested in (Uptown, Downtown, Knox-Henderson, Greenway Parks, West village, and so on). She was available in person on weekends and anytime I was able to get off work to go look at houses and I could reach her anytime I wanted via phone or email. I felt like Nicole was very knowledgeable and had some creative incites that were vital not only during the searching stage, while we were looking for houses that I may like, but also during our negotiation. It was her creative, detail oriented ideas that ultimately resulted in me submitting a winning bid, in a multiple offer situation, that was still within my price range. Nicole helped guide me through the closing process, and through her contacts (e.g. loan officers, inspectors, etc.) I was able to get all my necessary financial approval within 12 days in order to meet some rather strenuous demands from the sellers. After only a few weeks of looking, I found a home that perfectly fits all of my needs. I just moved in and I am thrilled to be here!
