T he tow company dragged my vehicle while it was in park. I was able to get my vehicle released before the tow was completed via a negotiated drop fee. However the driver attempted to charge me a drop fee of $129 originally which according to the OH revised code and the PUCO they can only charge for the tow if the tow is completed and then they offered to reduce the drop fee to $65 after a lot of arguing which $64.50 is the most they would legally be allowed to charge by law. They also told me it would be over $360 if it was towed which also violates the Ohio revised code and PUCO guidelines. They can only charge $129.00 for the tow plus $17.00 per day for storage and $25.00 administrative fee (administrative fee is only in some cases) plus they could potentially charge $150.00 additional, but only if I attempted to retrieve the vehicle after hours. When all was said and done I negotiated a drop fee of $24.00. However, after dragged my vehicle while it was in park now my brake light is on and when I requested their insurance information to file a claim and have their insurance investigate to determine what damage they did to my vehicle they refused to provide their insurance information. This company is a predatory tow company and I will be reaching out to the PUCO to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

But our insurance company Progressive found Josh's company and he was happy to help. It wasn't safe to drive our truck to the repair shop so Josh showed up at our campground and gave us a tow. He even popped the hood and diagnosed the issue for us. He offered to fix it himself but didn't have the part in stock. We would have gladly let them repair instead of the shop, but we were leaving the campground that day and needed a quick fix. Gave us a ride to the shop. Very friendly and easy to talk to. They charged me $651.17 to have it towed from the scene (East Claridon - right before the reservoir) to where they are located (12133 Mayfield Rd), a distance of less than 8 miles. My car was being held hostage behind their fence for $651.17 until I paid the full amount to these towing vultures! I was not even notified of how much it was going to cost when they took my car away. They had to winch it about 100 feet, saying that was another further reason for the high price.
