The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

I am pleased to write this letter of reference and recommendation for Gilberto Leon who owns…read moreRenovations Home Deluxe. We hired his company to change the tiles on the first floor of our home (about 1400 square feet). This house had two layers of old tiles. Mr. Leon and his workers removed both layers of the old tiles and installed new tiles. They did not rush for completion of the work and took about 3 weeks to do a great job. Gilberto went with us to the tile store to select the tiles and his people brought the tiles from the store to our house. They covered the furniture or moved it to the garage and covered it nicely to avoid any damage or dust. After all the work was done they put the furniture back in the house. They also hung all the paintings and pictures. Gilberto Leon came with the workers and checked on the work. He also followed up with us from time to time and kept us informed on the progress. We are extremely pleased with his service and we have hired him to do the paint in the garage and all the outside walls. We think that Gilberto Leon is a good business man and takes care of his customers and his workers. In addition to his knowledge about the construction and renovation business, Gilberto possesses excellent communication abilities and consistently exhibits professionalism in all interactions. His positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond make him highly recommended for any opportunity that you consider him for your renovations. If you require any further information, please feel free to contact me. Gilberto is welcome to give my phone number to any potential client who wants to talk with us about our experience with him. We wish him success in his business. Sincerely, Dyal Garg and Usha Garg

We've used KC Tile multiple times for various floor cleaning projects and have been completely…read moresatisfied each time. They are easy to work with, do quality work, are professional and are reasonably priced. Scott quoted our jobs and took the time to thoroughly evaluate and explain the process involved. He made sure the correct grout color was being used. He's always a pleasure to work with. We previously had our travertine patio floor cleaned. We were so pleased with the results that we called KC Tile when we needed our porcelain tile floors cleaned and the grout resealed. We're amazed how clean the floors look. And the grout now looks like new. The workers were polite, professional and efficient. They even left us small bottles of grout if we ever need to touch up an area. During the project, the supervisor stopped by to check on the quality of the work. Impressive! The company is honest as well as professional. When we asked Scott if KC Tile could pressure wash our driveway pavers without sealing the driveway, he recommended someone else who does this work at a lower price. We appreciate the sincerity. We highly recommend KC Tile to anyone needing floors cleaned and sealed.

I read online reviews, called around, and spoke with as many as I could to address this project for my mom's home. Most places never returned my call. That absolutely takes you off my list; if I'm trying to give you money and you don't want to call, then you clearly don't need my project. Peter at Palm Beach Siding not only answered immediately but with subsequent calls, he responded in a timely manner. Peter and his team took on my mom's siding replacement like true professionals. We agreed to meet on site and do a walk through. Peter was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. We discussed options and potential challenges, you will have them on a 58 year old home. We agreed for materials, how to proceed, and such. Then we waited. I joke but it's true, with a group like Palm Beach Siding, you will have to wait a bit, they must have a nice roster of work. And that is okay and expected by me. So we kept in touch until Peter called about 2 weeks before Christmas to let me know they could start the following week. That left about a week or so before Christmas. Peter assured me they would be complete before Christmas. They were complete today, the 21st of December. As promised and so well-crafted. Mom is delighted with the new and fresh look of her home. The project was as smooth as they go, the site was clean and organized, and the work looked spot-on every step of the way. Peter and his team know how to run a project, they know their craft, and how to take care of customers.

There has never been an "upsell" - we've never been told that we need a new roof. The message has always been - this is what's broken and here's how we fix it. I always get a detailed (and understandable) report, usually with arial photos taken by drone. Work has always been done on time and professionally. Once repairs were made we've never had a problem in the same general area. Finally, Mike is the consummate professional. He is a true professional and gentleman. I cannot offer higher praise.

Today (Palm Sunday) we had a leak in the part of the roof Mike hadn't originally installed. I gingerly texted Mike to ask his advice. What I got back was well more than anything I could have expected. Mike called to tell me his supervisor, Travis, was already en route to our house. I then got a call from Travis saying he was twenty minutes out. 18 minutes later, he was at the door. He reviewed the leak inside, got his ladder and climbed up the roof and within ten minutes, was back down and showing me pictures of where he'd determined a dryer vent had let water in. Mike called me back to tell me he had a team he could send. Now. I told him it's Palm Sunday, I don't want to take your guys away from their families. Mike said, they are busy all week, this is my best chance to get this fixed. It won't take more than four hours. I agreed and within an hour, there they were at the door, ready to go. They cleared the tile, laid proper under layers - three layers in total. Then buttoned it all up again and were done within two and a half hours. I got a full set of pictures from Mike explaining every step of what was done. All this would be great on a weekday. But a Sunday? Palm Sunday? I am just in awe. From a customer perspective, it's like having a choice of hiring superheros like Mike and his team, or saying no thank you - I prefer the usual sheisters and snake oil salesmen that typically make up the roofing business. You can spin the wheel and take your chances - but for me - I just feel damn lucky to have found someone who provides this level of service and this quality of work all for a really modest price.
