On this day, I found them to be less expensive than TOPS for the same cuts of meat. They stock their sausages and meat sticks in their meat store as well as all the ingredients to make your own sausages at home. They're well known for their butchering service as well as custom bulk orders. I found the facilities to be extremely well stocked with tasty and nutritious foods. On the day that we visited, Falconer Meats was hosting an event called "MEAT US IN THE COUNTRY". Vendors were selling handcrafted items and farm stand produce. There was a BBQ food truck as well as an ice cream food truck. A winery was offering samples! It was an absolute delight to meet the nice folks from llama Adventures at Buffalo Creek, displaying their animals, as well as some of their handcrafted llama fur items. They are well known for their llama events, including birthday parties, weddings, family, reunions, etc..

The pulled pork has an extra seasoning sprinkled on top that gave it another layer of flavor that complimented the smoked meat well. Both the pork and brisket were moist and tasted even better with the hot bbq and coconut curry sauces. My husband enjoyed the potato salad more than I did only because it had a strong mustard flavor, which is personally not my favorite condiment. That's just my taste buds though!
