This is a new store that recently opened up on Kenmore Avenue and Elmwood…read more I had to go check it out. I've been dying to go in there. I don't know what time it opens every day, but it closes at 1 AM They have a large and I mean a large variety of snacks and things. A lot more than you'd find at your regular convenience store like 7 Eleven Lots of pop, milk, juice, cold, and warm Lots of snacks, tons of candy, it's my kind of store. Right now, they don't take Benefits cards ( Food Stamps), but hopefully in the very near future they will start. The gentleman working was very nice. Prices are not bad for a store like that. Some things are quite expensive, but other things are pretty good. All I know is it's quite big inside bigger than you would expect a small market to be. Perfect for having to run in and grab that last-minute thing that you need to cook something or snack or something. It would be nice if they were open all night, but unfortunately, they close at 1 AM. They also carry hookahs, really nice tea sets , and some other things over in that section. It's a pretty nice store, I like it, and I will definitely go in there again and again and again... NOTE: Wright next-door connected to the Kenmore market is a little restaurant called "Halal Bites." I did not go in there, though, maybe one of these days, I just thought I'd let you all know that it is right next-door and connected in the back. You can go through the whole store to the back make a right and then you'd be in the restaurant..

I have ventured into this market for decades and never even considered writing a review. But…read morerecently i have gone in and made purchases, as sometimes it is a crap shoot to get good quality meat. While I like the presentation and the availability of the staff. I can not ignore the inconsistent customer service. They seem to always be in a rush, and the specials and incentives change by the moment or the person helping you. Apparently there has been this longstanding offer for a free "item" if you spend a certain amount. Nothing fancy it may just be small frozen pies or whatever. But you have to ask ... it is never offered. And then the amount you need to spend seems to change from person to person. Anywho everything is clean and organized great. The quality of the meats are fresh, and they guarantee the food you purchase..prices are a bit higher than other markets I have been to ....but I have never had a problem with ANYTHING I Purchased. I love that they wrap your food according to your specifications and label each of them. They bag them up neatly and pass them to you. This market has been around for quite some time and they are doing the very best they can to navigate through COVID Customer service could use a little work but overall a great place to shop

I live not even a mile down the road from this business, have been going there for the last 8 years spending a great amount of money and starting today they have lost my business. I bought $160.00 dollars worth of plants on 5/31, 1 out of the 6 Zinnia's I purchased immediately died within 2 days due to a broken stem that wasn't noticeable at purchase. Called them on 6/2, dealt with Amanda who was honestly the sweetest, kindest person I've ever dealt with besides the gentleman that owns the place and she saw the plant and even agreed with me that it was dead and let me exchange it. I planted the second one the same way as the 5 that are thriving and here we are 10 days later and my plant id app is saying it's sick meaning diseased. So thinking I would just exchange it again so they could see it.... Well this time when I called I got an older lady who literally refused to give me her name and stated "I do not need to give you my name" after I asked for her name at the end of the call because one she never introduced herself like I did and the tone of her voice and the way she talked to me was completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. This older woman told me "we don't do refunds so we're not going to give you another free plant, you are lucky you even got one free plant, for all we know it could have snapped at the base from the wind or you planted it wrong and all of our Zinnias are all healthy and doing great so obviously you did something wrong and killed the plant..." but even though there planted in window boxes and the rest are all thriving. I have spent thousands of dollars at this place and unfortunately with them I will never step foot again in that place. If the older gentleman saw me in person along with my significant other, he'd know exactly who we were. Also, if there are supposed signs in your place of business saying no refunds even though I'm not asking for a refund then maybe you should inform your employees regarding it. That older woman who answered my call should never be allowed to answer any calls nor work in a place of business that encounters customers. Absolutely unacceptable
