She explained every single step of the process clearly. My teeth felt so clean afterward! During my cleaning, my one single crown came loose--I've had trouble with this crown since the beginning. I am actually so glad it did come loose! Because then Dr. Evans came in and identified the problem with that crown. I am now set up to have this forever problematic crown fixed, with a professional team I trust. They also lay out the treatment plan clearly, as well as the expected bill. I had a dental emergency and they worked me in that very day for a reasonable cash amount to do X-rays and a basic exam. I had crappy insurance that is not in their circuit and I chose to pay a little higher cash price than perhaps I could get somewhere else just because of the level of customer service and caring at this facility. Dr. Naz and Gabby were exceptional -- as I would rather have work on any other part of my body and I get anxiety over dental work.

I wasn't told if and when the denture could be removed, if I should rinse or care for my mouth, when I should resume my regular medications, nothing. I wasn't told provided a pamphlet that would have been helpful had I had implants or no dentures at all. But nothing on what to do after the denture was placed. I did get help from my regular dentist who made the dentures and who I will be working with, but nothing from the people who remove my teeth and pushed me out the door. I only gave them a 3 stars because they were very professional in contacting my insurance company and collect the balance due from me before the surgery. They were efficient in medical monitoring and I don't think I have anything negative on the prep for surgery. It's the aftercare and lack of aftercare and instructions that makes me mad. And the 4 phone calls I made and leaving a message that I was "pissed" before they called me back.

I am only here to share mine. First off, the consultation was very informative and there were several options I was given for my needs. No pressure, just straight forward and informative. The surgery went very well and to be honest, I was concerned about the fact I would be awake for the entire process. The pain was very, very minimal. Even afterwards. I can tell you that Dr. Rice, and his entire staff are not just professionals, they are very courteous and friendly. I appreciate the fact they are committed to getting it right! It's obvious to me they are not only committed to patient comfort and care, but satisfaction as well. So here I am saving the money for a new set. I finally got the money to get them and I go in and waited in the waiting room for 2hours after my apt time.. while watching several people get took back that came in after me. I waited patiently didn't say a word about it. I get my dentures later on that afternoon and they automatically looked to big for my mouth. The actual teeth that they used we're huge.. and I put them in and they r actually slanted inwards, and offset(the line between the front top set isn't even in the middle it's off) I look like a beaver when I wear them. I told the lady they looked funny she asked that I try them for a couple days that they looked good. Everyone I have come in contact with that knows I just got them and paid 600.00 for them asks me y they used the big size teeth in them. I make an apt to go back which took another week, I get to my apt and wait for an hour after my apt time just to be told that I have to pay ANOTHER 100.00 TO GET THEM FIXED!!!! As u can imagine it didn't set well with me. I asked for my money back they tell me that they keep 20% of the refund for the "materials" now.... I'm furious at this point. The teeth r ugly,I can't wear them they have sharp ridges in the gum line of them, they don't fit and they're literally UGLY. Do not waste your hard earned money on this. I am now in the middle of trying to get hold of someone at corporate. Maybe they can help me do something about this. I refuse to pay more money when the lab screwed them up!
