Very Rude, Very rushed. Do not care for the patient's well being. They are herded in and out like…read morecattle. They do not have a recovery area for the patient to be monitored post procedure/Anesthesia. If there are any complications for any medications administered during the procedure they do not wait to see if there are any adverse reactions. This is supposed to be medical care, any PCP that gives you a shot makes you wait at least 10 to 15 minutes if not longer to make sure you're ok. If you are looking for friendly medical/dental staff who actually care I would suggest another provider, you won't find it here. The customer/patient service was terrible on top of all of that. Flat out rude.

I had all four of my wisdom teeth scheduled for removal. During the X-ray, Dr. Greer noticed a large cyst in my jaw. Despite the unexpected finding, he went ahead with the surgery as planned and also removed the cyst. The entire staff was wonderful--so kind and helpful. One of the ladies (a blonde--wish I got her name!) went out of her way to help me figure out how the cost related to the cyst might be covered by my medical insurance. I'm currently healing well, and I have absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend this office!

One of my concerns was waking up and not in control of my body, I woke up like I took a good long nap. No confusion, sillyness, sadness, etc like you see online. I had no severe swelling, just some puffiness(not bad at all), and for pain I didnt have anything till about day 4 and my jaw just felt sore still no pain!!!! After going down a list of dentists offices I found on Google, I saw Dr. Craycroft' office. I called the office and they allowed me to come in the next day. When I walked in, everyone was so welcoming. I have never met sweeter people on my life. Most of us were from Louisville so it was easy to get to know them somewhat on a personal level. The wait was only about 15 minutes, but I was early so that was to be expected. Dr. Craycroft does everything personally. He did all of the cleaning and he fixed a tooth that needed a filling. Both Dr. Craycroft and his assistant were very nice and knew what to say because I always imagine the worse when it comes to going to the dentist. He did see that I needed a filling which he offered to the same time as my cleaning. Talk about convenient!! I loved everything about Craycroft Family Dentistry! I have not rated that practice out of respect, but I can tell you immediately, Westen is amazing! First, Emily, my dental hygienist, was professional, kind, gentle, and compassionate. She explained every single step of the process clearly. My teeth felt so clean afterward! During my cleaning, my one single crown came loose--I've had trouble with this crown since the beginning. I am actually so glad it did come loose! Because then Dr. Evans came in and identified the problem with that crown. I am now set up to have this forever problematic crown fixed, with a professional team I trust. They also lay out the treatment plan clearly, as well as the expected bill.
