Absolutely every provider at this establishment does their best to provide comfort and proficient dental care at this facility. I had a dental emergency and they worked me in that very day for a reasonable cash amount to do X-rays and a basic exam. I had crappy insurance that is not in their circuit and I chose to pay a little higher cash price than perhaps I could get somewhere else just because of the level of customer service and caring at this facility. If I could I would give 0 stars on my last visit. The first ti.e I went they were very professional. This last time it was a joke. I needed a root canal done and was told by Dr. Naz that I would have to go to Tennessee to have it done, that they don't do root canals on back molars. Ok. Then I also need a tooth rebuilt that had a root canal done on when I was 16. I'm now 49 and never had a crown put on it. It broke last year. She couldn't do that either. Plus she didn't get good reviews from my husband either. I won't be returning. read more

The staff has been great overall for the last few years, but the atmosphere has changed so much. It doesn't feel as family oriented and caring. That may sound silly but it feels like I'm just a number. I have had 2 different crowns done and BOTH chipped within weeks of placement. I knew I was overpaying but went ahead and anyways. I should have taken it as a sign when they asked if I wanted to purchase insurance for the tooth. That is ALARMING. It should be reliable or fixed anyways after what we have to pay. I appreciate how kind the staff has always been, but I worry about how predatory the billing process can be. They rush you thru, give you quotes and say they need payment now, then afterwards I realized that things didn't line up. Feels like a car lot. I wanted it to be better. read more

Excellent office staff and dentists. I had a crown come off on a Thursday night. I was able to get an emergency appointment on Friday morning. The kindness and compassion shown by all employees make you know you are a valued patient. I felt confident I was receiving the most up to date quality care available. I never thought I'd be so excited for my next dentist appointment. This office is amazing. They greet you by name, remember details about you, aren't pushy on sales, and do an amazing job on your teeth. If you're making an appointment I recommend trying to get in with Olivia to do your cleaning! She's personable, funny, takes her time and has attention to detail that's so appreciated. Both dentists are great but I personally prefer Dr. Packard. He's personable, gentle, and makes me feel very at ease. He has gone the extra mile for me previously so I tend to stick with him. The other dentist is a lovely lady who also does a great job though! Some things you'll notice about this office over other offices are they have an Alexa so you can pick the music to listen to during the appointment! And they have tv screens that if needed they can put your X-rays up to show you what they're seeing and looking at if there's any decay. I also love they have portable X-rays so you don't have to awkwardly stand in an X-ray machine and you have much less radiation. Can't recommend this place enough! read more

My husband went for dental work and was given an estimate based on what they said insurance would pay. Somehow messed up the maximum that his insurance would pay by over $700 and never bothered to let me know till we got the EOB in the mail saying it was patient pay for the difference. Then I thought I would give them a second chance because it is convenient to my home so called to schedule an appointment for the rest of the family. Instead I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes and just gave up and hung up the phone. Guess we will keep our family at our current dentist who includes accurate estimates and won't put me on hold forever. read more

I had an appointment scheduled for light sedation dentistry that ended in my losing a tooth because of front desk personnel failure. I called the day before my appointment to make sure everything was ready to go and the person I talked to on the phone said everything was on schedule and emailed me the forms I had already signed. I reviewed the forms but no medication was available at my pharmacy (forms had indicated that medication "might" be available) so I assumed it wasn't necessary for my appointment. When I arrived, Dr. Clemmons asked me how I was doing and I said I was terrified. "Didn't you take your pre meds?" We returned the front desk where he proceeded to tell the woman I had spoken with that she "had done nothing wrong" and that my name wasn't on his list until that morning. I failed to see how that was my fault but I rescheduled anyway since I needed the root canal two months ago. They scheduled me for additional three weeks out. In the interim, the tooth broke so I went in for someone to look at it and make sure I could still get the root canal. They were busy but an assistant took x rays and told me someone would look a them in the morning. She told me that if no one called to reschedule me, that everything was fine. No one called. So I arrived for the root canal, medically sedated, and was told the tooth would need to be completely extracted. I immediate went to another dentist. Precisions claimed to have refunded me the $600+ I paid for the root canal, but I won't know until my HSA statement comes next month. The staff is so incompetent that I literally lost a tooth. read more

Just a big shout out to precision dental. Other dentist offices refuse to reconstruct a molar that my husband wanted to save, and Dr. Naz not only agreed to attempt to save the tooth, she did. My husband is thrilled. The staff was efficient and professional along with reasonable pricing and they accepted our insurance where other dental offices would not. Be careful! I went there for a root canal, and after they drilled the holes, the dentist realized he couldn't finish. They referred me to an actual endontist, who won't be back in town for two weeks. The front desk person was supremely unhelpful. After paying $2,000, you'd think she could be a little bit interested in helping me or answering my questions, particularly as my whole family used to go here and spent a lot of money. Of course they kept all the money. All the reviews on here are based on the tour of the fancy office you get. read more

Didn't feel any of the injections today because her dental assistant, Gabi, distracted my brain from the pain with a vibrating massage on my forehead and temple area.
