Our home is quite old (built approximately 1915 apparently) and has been neglected by the previous owners for about 10-15 years, so basically everything needs attention. They were pet owners too, which just adds to our cleaning. We had to go with the Silver Package due to our budget but we'll definitely be in touch in a couple years for the full package. The work they did was very thorough on our vents and when I explained a problem area within our air return they made sure to concentrate their efforts to clear it of all debris. It took a couple attempts at clearing the vent because of the wires that had accumulated the pet hair and everything else but they were able to get it.

Vik and his team were great. After an initial FaceTime consult, his team came out and were able to change the dryer duct to the side vent, which the allowed us to push the washer and dryer all the way back in the closet. They were knowledgeable and polite, and addressed all my questions and concerns. The dryer has worked perfectly ever since. The only surprise was an additional $160 fee for tight spaces (which wasn't included in the original quote). So heads up if this applies to you.

The plumper arrived, spent approximately 15 min on site, took some photos, did no repair (even temporary fix), and left. Then he later sent a quote, claiming he did a temporary repair, and needed $1900 to replace a strainer - far above any reasonable market rate. When I declined the quote and questioned about the initial visit, I was told that the internal log showed TWO hours of work and I needed to cover them. Their own records are inconsistent and cannot support the charges. The conversation was difficult as they had no intention to address your concerns but just wanted you to go away. They finally agreed to get back to me but never did, and I paid the bill under pressure to avoid an automatic charge to my card. At this point it is not about the bill. This company seemed to have inflated hours, grossly overpriced quotes, unresponsive customer service, and the lack of actual service provided during visits - I would not recommend.
