Spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious, from the waiting room to the examining room, as well. There have been a few hiccups on getting prescriptions and OTC medication recommendations straightened out. I will be going back for another infusion today, so I'll mention the mix-up. Surprisingly, they don't rush you in and out. They offered an IV of antibiotics upon my first visit after diagnosing my condition. It was a jumpstart to other oral med's. As a result, I was able to sleep more fully last night than I had for 12 days when I first came down with a stupid bug. That made me feel a lot better - being able to breathe easier. I still have more recuperating to do, but I feel like I'm on the right track. The main reason for the deduction of a star was that I could have used a paper summary (or email) of what was recommended as far as the RX and also OTC, because there was a lot coming at me. When I called in today to ask about it the person answering the phone was short with me, and ended up giving me incorrect information. I had to spend time going back and forth between that call and the pharmacy and still don't have all the answers. I will say something to them about providing clearer communications. Otherwise, the actual treatment was terrific, and as aforementioned, the surroundings are very clean. read more

I was sick this week, nasty cough, sinus pressure, and I couldn't keep down any food. I figured I would walk in here, be prescribed antibiotics, and be on my way. I was given a thorough check up and IV fluids, prescribed antibiotics and something to help with the nausea. The whole team was kind and caring. I listened to the recommendations and was feeling better after just a few days. This is hands down one of the most caring and helpful urgent cares I have ever been to. I had a great experience at Simi Valley Urgent Care this past week. The place look like it was recently remodeled. Everything looked very nice and the facility is clean. The front desk girl was very welcoming and friendly. They accepted my PPO insurance, filled out some forms and was taken back fairly quickly. No wait time at all! After struggling with being sick for a few days and not getting any relief from over-the-counter medications, I was given IV antibiotics and steroids. I felt significantly better almost immediately. I was seen by Dr Hasan, she is very friendly and very understanding of my health concerns. I will definitely be coming back here! I went in regarding issues that kept me from working that were allergy related. I walked in and the facility is very clean. The staff is very kind. The nurse and doctor were very helpful. The doctor truly impressed me and I have worked with doctors. This one knew her stuff and knew how to get my situation under control. They gave me a IV Infusion. After the 11 minute infusion I was able to breathe through my nose. I hadn't been able to do that for close to a week. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Really impressed. Went back in today to get another IV Infusion and asked if I could get the B complex added. I have felt more alert and have quite a bit of energy. Gave me motivation to get some projects done. My wife slipped in the shower and fractured her ankle. We immediately called Simi Valley Urgent Care to make sure they had x-ray capabilities which they did. As soon as we arrived the entire staff was caring, helpful and welcoming. We filled out the paperwork and my wife was seen by a wonderful physician within minutes. I have already submitted a great review for the Simi Valley urgent care clinic before, but  I continued to receive excellent care by the staff on another visit and I wanted to acknowledge it. Tiffany at the front desk has always been very kind, professional  and helpful.  I called the clinic since I needed some information and I had several questions. Tiffany took the time and made the effort to get my medical chart and was able to answer my questions.  I appreciated her motivation to answer my concern right when I needed it instead of me waiting for someone to call me back. Or, having to wait 24-48 hours  for someone to get back to me as is the case with assistants in my other doctors' offices. Tiffany has always been very kind and helpful.  I was  able to provide the information of my visits to my UCLA Nephrologist and Urologist thanks to Tiffany's  attention,  I was also able to send them the lab results and Dr. Sahan's clinical notes.  I was impressed by Tiffany's efficiency and professionalism as well as her caring for my needs and concerns.  Last week I had an appointment  at the Urgent for 2 ultrasounds. Unfortunately I didn't drink enough water for the kidney ultrasound. Right away ultrasound technician Armena offered to squeeze me into her busy schedule. She asked if I was open to wait and drink more water while I waited. I agreed. I  also had an appointment for a vitamin injection and nurse Carlos right away offered to give me the vitamin shot while using the IV to hydrate me. Carlos has always been kind, warm and friendly and makes me feel at ease.  I was very impressed by both Nurse Carlos and Ultrasound technician Armena's team effort. Armena's kindness to offer me to still do the ultrasound instead of telling me that I will need to come back at another time made me feel cared for.  I appreciated the kindness and warmth in the way I was treated by both Armena and Carlos during my visit and their quick thinking  Dr. Farah Sahan called me as soon as she had the results which made me feel cared for and that she is genuinely invested in her patients' care and well being.  Bottom line, I couldn't have asked for better care by this entire health care team. read more

I want to thank the staff at Simi Valley Urgent care for their excellent service and medical treatment of me over the last two weeks. I had a migraine first that they treated with an IV and the relief was instant. Then I had to go back with a sinus infection and headache (probably the trigger to the migraine). The staff, Tiffancy and Carlos were amazing and welcoming and only exceeded by the care and concern of Dr Hasan. This will be my primary care physician. She ordered a breathing test and administered IV antibiotics. I went out of town and two days later she called to see how I was doing and I was sicker. She ordered antibiotics for me where I was staying. When I got home she continued to take care of me with additional treatments until I could breathe well. When was the last time a doctor called to see how you were doing days after an office visit? I can't under state the care and courtesy of this newly re-decorated, light and welcoming place.
