I have been a consumer of Resale Therapy for a few years now and trust me, this is one of the classiest boutique/ consignment stores in Georgia. Beth (the owner) is one of the most kind, loving, professional people I have ever met. She carries the latest high end fashions at the most reasonable prices you could ever ask for. I make it my business to come in at least once a week and just buy something, I just can't help myself. I don't like to go out places and see people in the same thing that I am wearing. This location is my least favorite of the two Falcons 365 stores, with my personal favorite being the Perimeter location. It is not that the employees themselves are doing a bad job. This location is just a little less appealing aesthetically than the perimeter store. They only have one big screen television, and the I have been there on several occasions and walked into a store that looked like a party was thrown the night before. It also irritates me how the store is usually out of stock of their men's adult medium sizes in shirts. This would not be a problem if Reebok clothes ran true to size; however, almost every single item that I have tried on in the store has made me feel 10 times skinnier and smaller. So if you want some clothes that dwarf your stature, then check these guys out.

In all seriousness, this is one of two official Falcons owned stores in the Atlanta area where you can buy the kind of souvenir junk they sell on game-days on a year round basis. You can also shop on-line from their site, but the whole point of the store is to give you a chance to try gear on and see it in person before buying.

Many shops (including a major chain) try to fill the gift space but I love to find unique items that are not everywhere. That is how I felt here. While speaking to the young lady, she told me there are only a couple of locations. This is not a chain! I like that. They had choices from gifts to decor to clothing and so much in between. My daughter has a wedding to attend next weekend and we found a dress that I thought would be perfect. It looked great on her. Their excuse was that they "can't resell damaged product if they accept the return". Well, unfortunately you will also never be able to sell to this customer again. A simple refund of a measly $23 and I would have been on my way. I cannot even imagine stepping foot in their store again. You get better service from Forever 21, and that is sad. I am not familiar with other boutiques return policies, but I strongly advice you put down the cute pair of bell bottoms you see at Ensemble and go find them at another boutique who respects your business.
