She is incredibly talented and capable, you can show her one pic and she will either make recommendations based on your hair, or gets straight to it and makes it happen. I've seen her 7 times now and have never left an appointment feeling anything but confident and stoked about my hair. No joke, last month I got a full balayage and some face framing layers, and within an hour of leaving my appointment, running errands, three strangers stopped me and asked me where I went for my hair/commented on how amazing it looked. Finally, you will not find someone with more flexibility on timing - she is beyond accommodating with her hours which is amazing for people with crazy work schedules. Do you have a stylist that will meet you at the crack of dawn for a quick, 5:30AM partial balayage before you go to work? I doubt it. Could not recommend Balayage by Linet (and Chelsi) more!

Very under rated stylist and I really think everyone should go to her thank you Arus for always being so genuine and kind I really am blown away by how this turned out the most down to earth and talented hair stylist you will ever find !!! To be very honest, all of the stylists at this salon are very talented, it's fun to see everyone's different techniques and what they come up with on their clients. Not only that but it's a kind and welcoming environment as well, it's nice to see everyone get along and work as a team--not your typical salon. Everyone is bilingual so it's a huge plus if you're a native Russian or Armenian speaker

Talk about a total professional and perfectionist! Anasheh…read moreis super welcoming and extremely sweet. I've had some pretty terrifying hair coloring experiences but after seeing her work, especially the before & after photos she's been posting, I knew I should give her a try. My roots had grown own a lot and I had about a million different shades in my hair. She asked me what my goal was and if I have any photos as example. I told her I wanted to go blonder and I want this brassy / orange look to be gone. I also showed her a photo I had found off of Pinterest. Usually when I ask for lighter roots and highlights the stylists do the highlights and then touch up the roots between the foils. But not Anasheh! She gave it to me straight. She was very honest about the fact that if she did that then I'll still have some discoloration and not an even blend. In order to achieve the color I wanted she had to color my roots and bring it down more, wash & dry, and then start highlighting. She told me to go with 7.11 level which is darker but will look lighter once highlights are added. She was so confident in the process in which she was describing that made me feel comfortable and confident to know I'm in great hands. And so we began. She colored my roots, I waited about 35 minutes. She washed and dried my hair and started on highlighting top half of my head. That process also took very quick. I waited another 40 minutes or so and then she washed my hair again. *drum rolls* moment of truth: I LOVE MY HAIR! Did I really just say that? I've never said that so passionately walking out of a salon. Anasheh literally brought my hair back to life. The color was exactly what I wanted and showed her in the photo. She is a true artist. The blending technique she used made my highlights blend in so well. I love love love my hair. I'm so happy I have found the right person got my hair. I'm forever going to her for my hair. What can I say about Mo? She is literally my Fairy Hair Godmother making my hair dreams come true!…read moreI started going to her almost 2 years ago and I am so glad I found her. I started getting IBE and originally went elsewhere for the initial install. Although that person did give me the length & volume I wanted, it also destroyed my scalp as it the extensions were WAY too heavy for my scalp and thin hair. This stylist never bothered to assess how the extensions were doing more damage than good.So I asked IBE for a rec on another IBE certified stylist and that's how I found Mo! Boy am I glad I did. She is the sweetest, most caring and fabulous stylist ever! She cares about the health of my scalp and hair and told me that I needed to reduce the amount of extensions I had in order to not have too much tension. I appreciated her honesty. Most stylist just wants the money but Mo actually cares a LOT! She understood my want for a fabulous long hair but also for the health of my hair and scalp. Mo is seriously super friendly, super stylish and overall a great human being. She makes you feel super comfy and is like visiting with a fried when you are at your appointment.
