I don't know why the rating is so low, I really liked this theater! The plaza itself is really cute, however, you do have to walk up 2 flights of somewhat steep steps to reach the theater, or take the outdoor elevator. I opted for the former, and called it my cardio for the day ;) Very modern and clean interior, friendly enough staff. I did have a bit of a wait for service at the bar, as the server was MIA for a few minutes. You can order your concessions at the bar, or in the theater by scanning the QR code at your seat, and someone will bring them to you. Seats were plush and comfy, pricing was typical, and I enjoyed the movie. I would definitely return. 8/10 read more

Great idea, lackluster execution. The theater really wants you to order concessions through their app or using a QR code. But there's no cell reception and their WIFI does not work. I had to go to the lobby bar to place my order. Sound and picture is adequate, but an employee left one of the rear service doors propped open for ten or fifteen minutes during the movie, so there were distracting sounds coming from the back of the theater during the movie. This theater also desperately needs a deep cleaning. The floors in the theaters are sticky and grimy, and the bathrooms (especially the Air Blade hand dryers) were filthy. All of that really detracts from the luxury environment the theater is clearly trying to cultivate. The food itself is decent, and the seats are very comfortable recliners. If they clean this place, fix the WIFI, and ensure no distractions during screenings, this would be a nice place to see a movie. As it stands, I probably won't be returning unless I hear that it's improved significantly. read more

The movie and seating was enjoyable. We ordered food and it took an hour and a half to come to us. Over half way through the movie is when our food came. My nachos were cold and so was our shrimp appetizer. I would love to come again but definitely eat BEFORE you arrive... Edit: Our food actually came out 30 minutes before the credits rolled! I loved the combo of reclining chair, massive screen, and premium sound combined with the ability to order food, either in the upscale bar and lounge area, from your seat before the screening time, or even during the first hour of the film (need to do the latter via app). Ordering food is a gamble here. At a 12:45 showing I ordered the rice bowl with chicken. After 40 minutes I am told they are out of this. Since the movie is starting, I asked for a refund....10 days later no refund. I will not ever order from here again. The week before I ordered Prosecco and they gave it to me warm. read more

Dirty! Arrived early to have a drink at the bar and the bar top was dirty and the floor around the bar was sticky. I had to switch out my bar stool to a not so stained chair. In the movie theatre the server did approach quickly but the stairs leading to our seat and the aisle were all sticky/ dirty. Even the elevator and downstairs exit area was dirty. This is not a busy day type of dirty this was build up. This is supposed to be to be a premier movie location, not worth the extra dollars. read more

Awesome seats! We were invited to a birthday party for a reserved theater room. Everything was ready to go when we got there with popcorn and drinks set up. You get a smart remote to login into your accounts to watch water you want or you can connect to Bluetooth to mirror your phone screen. The staff was friendly coming in and asking us if we need anything extra and then checking on us throughout the time. The seats were comfortable and easy to use. Great popcorn too! read more

What should have been a carefree relaxing movie outing turned a bit annoying. We ordered pizza & blushes beginning of movie. Got pizza when movie was half over. Never got drinks. Started calling guest relations about drinks and finally received them at end of movie. The servers kept bringing food & drinks to the girls next to us which was weird because I never saw them ordering. Very strange operation. Servers are super strange. Like zombies. On top of everything the pizza made me sick. Nothing like having to call guest relations while you should be enjoying a movie you paid alot of money to see. I have to say that when this place first opened it was a pleasure to come to. Now I would prefer to go anywhere else but here. I don't know if it's not enough workers or the management needs some correction but something needs to change asap before this place is no longer. From the bartender who barely greeted us when we first sat down while waiting for our movie and acted very unprofessional with an I hate being here demeanor. Bartender gave us a menu that had ketchup, mustard, and all type of other unknown substances all over it. We politely folded the paper menu up into a small piece. Bartender came back a few minutes later and said " you folded the menu?" I said yes. Doing you and the next customer a favor. Bartender says "oh yeah I was going to throw it away after you were finished with it." Unbelievable! The unprofessional way the servers took our food order once we were in the actual theater. Three of us ordered chicken sandwiches which were made incorrectly THREE times. When we went to find someone to complain to there was nobody around and our server was in another movie theatre watching a movie and eating popcorn. Lol. How do I know?... because my cousin made a mistake and went to the wrong theater when she came from restroom and she saw the server. This is a bougie movie theatre! I mean, even the bathrooms are fancy! I had a really hard time finding parking until I realized that there is a lot behind the theatre with plenty of space. To enter the theatre, you go through a nice bar. This confused me at first and I thought I was in the wrong place. Once I bought a ticket and got situated, I was a happy lady. The space is clean, comfortable and the chairs are the large luxury chairs that recline. I really enjoyed seeing a movie here and will definitely return. read more

TOO LOUD! Went to the movies recently here and my Apple Watch was alerting me for 80-90 decibels of sound throughout the movie and it wasn't even an action film . I spoke to the manager and he stated that it would not be adjusted and they are allowed up to 88 decibels. Looked it up for Ohio and it's actually 85. Takes the joy out of going to the movies. Everyone else was complaining on the way out too. It's was the 2:15 showing of Marty Supreme on 1/24/26. Recommend ear protection if you choose to see a movie here. read more

I know there's a ton of not-so-great reviews for this theater, but in the handful of times I've gone so far, it's been wonderful. The theater is in a wonderful location in Pinecrest, great for dining, walking around and shopping. It's a pretty big space. When you walk in, you immediately see a bar where you can order some drinks and food. I normally opt to wait until I enter the theater. Once you go into your specific theater (open 30 minutes before the movie time), you are greeted by waiters/waitresses ready to take your order. If you prefer less social interaction, you can use the QR code on your table. You need to order your food before the movie time. Food comes out either right before or during the trailers. The chairs are huge and comfy. I love that they recline all the way and that the separator in the middle of the seats can be moved if desired. Food is ok, not high restaurant quality but better than I would expect for a theater. Portions are big and price is actually ok as well. I love movies so I love coming here to have an elevated movie night. Haven't tried their drinks yet so that'll be next! read more

For my first time experiencing a dine-in movie theater, I was pleasantly surprised by Silverspot! My friends and I got tickets on the Silverspot app and arrived at the theater a bit early so we could have some time to eat. There's also a bar and lounge area in the front lobby -- perfect for hanging out with some food/drinks before or after your movie. We got to our seats, and I was happy to see clean rows with plush red leather recliner seats. The staff members came around with menus before taking orders. You can order anything from popcorn & candy to cocktails & full entrées. I ordered a Paloma and chicken tenders. The Paloma was a bit sweet but it wasn't bad! The tenders were hot, crunchy on the outside and better than average in taste. Overall, I was impressed with the cleanliness and quick service at this theater. In the future, I will likely go elsewhere to dine/drink but would say that the dine-in concept is a convenient option! The sound quality and plush seats are definitely a plus - I look forward to more moviegoing here at Silverspot! read more

We love this theater. It's comfy and spacious. The seats are grouped together in twos. So seat 1 and 2 will be together and share an armrest (that can go up and become a love seat) and then there will be a small gap and seat 3 and 4 will be the same. Seat 13 is an individual seat without the shared arm rest. I also really enjoy being able to order at the seats versus waiting in line (just make sure to get there early). Some food items are great portions for price and some are very small. Overall an awesome movie experience! read more

My boyfriend and I went to go see Godzilla and Kong yesterday. We did not buy our tickets in advance but we showed up 30 mins before the movie was set to begin. We purchase our tickets and the first thing I ask is will there be a waitress in the theater to take our order? They say no, all servers are heading home for the night. Mind you, it's 10pm so I say okay. My boyfriend ask, "how do we order food?" She says through the app or at the bar. He proceeds to ask which is easier? She states the bar. We go to the bar to ask for a menu. The bartender was extremely rude as if we asked her to show up for work that day. Instead of handing us menus she tells us the menus are at the end of the bar. Well okay then. She finally comes back and ask us what we wanted? I started to say the order and she immediately cut me off to inform me that they stop serving food at 10pm. You can only imagine our faces. We proceed to our theater in which it is now 10:30pm and our movie is set to start at 10:40pm. We are stopped at the door and told they are still cleaning we have to wait. We waiting until 10:40pm and walked in. Unfortunately, the theater was still a mess as I brushed off our seats. 10:48pm approaches and not a commercial, sponsor, preview is showing let alone the actual movie. I leave our the theater to get someone to inform them the movie is not playing but I run into what I assume is a manager standing in the door way stating we know we're trying to get it started. (Would announcement to inform us if that kill you?) very long story short... the movie did not start until 11pm. People ordered their food off the app that never came and I guess it's safe to say that this theater has office went down hill. read more

very disappointed ! I paid almost $40 for tickets because I would be able to watch a movie and eat and have a drink. It says arrive 20 min early so you can order, I did and was sent away because they were cleaning so I went to get my drink from the bar which was excellent. Went back to my pre ordered seat and ordered popcorn and pizza. I received the popcorn but no pizza. In the middle of the movie we find the manager who says he will look into it. Long story short he did not and now its after 12 with no were to eat. I said sir what happen he says it got busy I'll give you a refund. I ask for his name and corporate number he throws a piece of paper on the counter saying Paul and walked off. Two ladies helped and was very apologetic, they said they had never seen him act like this but I think no one ever saw Paul Holt interact with customers once he is tired, but I was truly insulted and there was no toilet paper and the floors were covered. Finally got to see a movie in this theater. Overall okay. The place is modern and overall a great looking facility. The hallways are what movies of the "future" will be like, although there are several TV/Movie Posters that we're out. The theater it-self was very spacious and modern, although lacked the details of cleaning and up-keep. The servers were spot-on, shows you your seats and promptly takes your order when you're ready. The App is the best feature, from ticket buying to food ordering. Restrooms are nice and modern, but the sink and trash was overflowing and messy. Finally, twice, we walked by a group of individuals reeking of weed. Not that I'm against that, just another "ding" to the image. It has a lot of the makings to be a classy, nice faculty to enjoy some movie magic. Unfortunately there wasn't any magic this time. read more

I went to the movies with my friend and we got food from here. It had plenty of good options so i jusy chose a burger while my friend chosen chicken tenders and a sprite. The food was amazing and so was the drink. (yes i stole my friend drink.) The theater was pretty clean and the service was amazing. My friend literally didnt pay for the ticket on accident. So when we went to order the food, the lady was like "wheres ur seat?" And of course my friend didnt have a "x" on the seat but she didnt charge any extra fees or anything for my friend. Instead she was so polite and gave us our food, not even questioning the fact my friend didnt pay for the seat‍. In addition to that, i was nervous since it was my first time going to the movies without a adult there with me. So i was nervous and accidentally gave her more money than intended. Instead of stealing my money, she just gave it back and told me the correct way to do it. I really appreciated her great service plus i feel like more workers are needed like her. Well, we aren't ordering food, but Silverspot has improved greatly in recent months and we have gotten back to going to movies quite regularly. They did--just today--switch our theatre and did not let us know, such that our seats did not exist in the new theatre. However, after we went back up to the front counter, the confusion was explained and worked out okay. This same issue was repeated for several other patrons, too, but I guess with an opening night, there is always some confusion. I would like to give Silverspot credit for mopping the floors (have not had a sticky floor for a bit, thankfully), keeping the bathroom paper towels and soap stocked, and maintaining the theatre to its former level. After having so many issues trying to dine here previously, we are reluctant to eat at Silverspot, though. BUT, I want to give credit to the management and staff for doing a good job making the theatre a great place again. read more

Came here on a date and here is my scoop: The Good: -seats recline and are comfy -there are seats without the separator in the middle so you can cuddle with your boo -can take shoes off and really make yourself at home -presentation of food looked good -taste of food was...above average -fun concept The Bad: -service was sparse even though we were 2 of 6 people in the whole theatre on a Monday night. Hard to flag down anyone. -seats, cupholders and floors were dirty -quality of food was pretty low. I ordered coconut jasmine rice and it definitely wasn't jasmine rice--more like either brown rice or not cooked well white rice -my date bought tickets off Fandango and we ran into the same issue as others reviewing that the seating system is off. Didn't quite matter for us b/c the place was mostly empty so we just sat wherever -the lady who came at the end to clean up was a bit rude and abrupt The Ugly: -the bathrooms had a cool, edgy look but smelled terrible -I did realize the lights were going to go out for the movie but eating in the dark is very interesting...especially when on a date. I kept getting surprises in each bite and squinting to see why the heck this one bite is so sour and weird--oh, that's because I straight up bit into a lime garnish! read more

Place was clean. But service SUCKED. We arrived 30 minutes before our 9:15 show. We was greeted promptly when we got to our seats. We were the second group to enter. We order 3 appetizers, 1 soft drink, and 1 alcoholic drink. The soft drink came first about 20 minutes later our food finally arrived after asking about it. An hour later my husband went up to ask about my drink and he brought it back to our seats. It was our date night and it was not a great start. The theater seats were very worn out and didn't have a call button to summon a waiter (other dine in theaters I've been to have this feature). We ordered our food at the bar and it gets delivered at your seat. The food was tasty. But our orders were messed up. And they unfortunately never brought our drinks. Since there was no call button and we didn't want to miss any of the movie - I had to use my cell phone to call the front to bring us our drinks. They finally brought us our drinks after calling - and they were the wrong drinks. Ugh! read more

Really torn over whether I'd recommend going here versus somewhere else. The building looked new but then seats in the theater were worn and paint was chipping off the bathroom stall walls. Food was not bad, but wasn't that great. I got a basic chicken tenders with fries and it was a bit overcooked. This place is cute. So here's for my review. We had were here for a private viewing for a bday party. We arrived early and had drinks at the bar I had the Silverspot Margarita and it did not disappoint! The bar is social distance but definitely needs more than one bar tender during happy hour he did his best with the amount of guest. We did a private viewing they clean very well Before you enter the theater. Since it was a private viewing there was enough room for everyone to sit every other seat. Our private server very attentive took our order right away. The only issue was they bring all the orders at once to only make one trip. We arrive on time and received our food halfway into the movie. I ordered the flatbread pizza and it arrived cold instead of hot and they forgot my husbands drinks. Next time I will order at the bar and bring food into movie or eat before at the bar. read more

This movie theater feels like a solution, looking for a problem. Why can't I go to a counter and buy popcorn like every other movie theater I visit? Instead, I had to wait for someone to take my order, wait 30 minutes for them to deliver a water bottle, and interrupt the people next to me, trying to find who purchased the water. Good luck trying trying to find someone to place an order with during the movie. I The food is okay, but the pricing is absurd, and the service is lousy. The seats and headrests are falling apart. Finally, the service fee is offensive. What service am I paying for since I bought the tickets online and showed someone a bar code to get them? If you want to charge more for the tickets, do so, but don't try to sneak a service charge in to generate additional revenue. It's offensive. If you want to charge for a premium offering, you should attempt to provide a premium product. read more

Came here with group of my family and friends to watch a private screening and was very disappointed with the service. It took over an hour from when we first got seated to receive my mother and my drink selection. Our food came around 20 minutes after we put in our order so it was very confusing why it took them over an hour to give us our fountain drinks. When the movie trailers began with other movies, the theater was dim, but as soon as it started the actually movie we came there for, someone turned all the lights on. It was frustrating that someone from our group had to continuously get out of our seats to look for a worker or a manager to help us with several issues. When one of my friends came up to a worker after giving us a kid's order, asking where the fountain drinks were, he replied, "they are making it in the kitchen as we speak." I thought that was a silly response, so we went up to the front of the cinema and went to the bar to see if they could help us but after 30 minutes we gave up on waiting since no one was there. Overall disappointed at the customer service here. If you are hungry or thirsty, you should probably just visit one of the neighboring restaurants and eat before you come here. read more
