Hello, I am a partner of a patient that has gone to clinic many times. They suffer from asthma and…read morehas an inhaler they take twice daily. When they run out they have to contact the clinic to have them send over to their pharmacy. But this cannot happen. Due to the staff managing the phones they are unable to reach the clinic and the pharmacy is unable to contact them as well to have a daily medication to assist with breathing and overall health. The MA's are unable to assist and unable to take down / record proper information resulting in incorrect prescriptions or orders being relayed to a medical provider or even recorded in the system. They were unable to find a patient despite providing them name and birth date, after clarifying them information of identification they said "whoops now I found you" after almost hanging up. If you are a new or existing patient that is reading this, I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere and reporting this facility for improper work behavior and communication skills.

There haven't been any responses. It's odd they say they are taking new patients yet it's difficult to get through to them and to get any appointment set up.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Kemp. I was searching for a new physician after my primary…read morefor more than 6 years began to have longer and longer wait times to see her, then longer wait times to see PAs. It got to where I had to schedule my yearly Pap 6 months in advance, and regular visits (once for bronchitis at least 3 weeks out) as well. Dr Kemp was a physician at a local practice with several other physicians. About 6 months after my first appointment, I was alerted that she was moving to her own private practice a few blocks away in Orenco Station. Her staff consists of a very professional (and delightful) office manager and one of my favorite nurses ever; as the practice has grown, she's added a nurse assistant. The clinic is in one of the cute Orenco Station townhouses; very elegant with an Italian theme and three clean, comfortable rooms. Dr Kemp has helped me manage my medical issues with compassionate care. She is very professional, yet warm, and always takes time to explain to me what the issue is and the treatment approaches. When I had an on-the-job foot injury a few years ago, she worked with my podiatrist and Worker's Compensation to make sure the process leading up to the surgery (by the podiatrist) was smoother than it otherwise could have been (WC is a pain to work with). The only downside of her new practice is that she is extremely popular and *does not* shuttle her patients out the door after the insurance-required 15 minutes - and this means more time in the wait room, but it's worth it for a doctor who truly cares.

In the past two years, I have been to this location for lab work at least twice. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Today I was told for "walk in" labs it would be at least an hours wait. I could not wait, since I had a previously scheduled dentist appointment. I know my Doctors office moved from floor 2 to the first floor a couple weeks ago and the "bugs" have not been worked out yet. I feel the move has not been efficient for this office. Lab blood draw wait times of over an hour are unacceptable in my opinion. At this time I would not recommend having labs done at this office. I hope they work this out!!

For OHSU Immediate Care Beaverton…read more Writing this review is challenging for me, as I deeply respect the healthcare profession. On 4/16, Daryl Plotzker examined my daughter and me. Following the examination, Daryl informed us that there were no indications for antibiotic treatment. I respectfully questioned this decision, explaining that my daughter's symptoms worsened at night and had been progressively more difficult to manage with at home remedies - a situation we have experienced before. I emphasized that our visit was not impulsive; we had waited eight days to seek medical care. Despite this, we were not provided any treatment or antibiotics. Within hours, we sought care at another immediate care facility where a different healthcare provider diagnosed my daughter with pneumonia. Ten days after our visit to OHSU Immediate Care in Beaverton, I visited a new urgent care facility where the doctor identified the most severe ear infection (in both ears) he had ever encountered. I plan to contact Patient Advocacy Relations in hopes this does not happen to another family again.
