Hello, I am a partner of a patient that has gone to clinic many times. They suffer from asthma and has an inhaler they take twice daily. When they run out they have to contact the clinic to have them send over to their pharmacy. But this cannot happen. Due to the staff managing the phones they are unable to reach the clinic and the pharmacy is unable to contact them as well to have a daily medication to assist with breathing and overall health. The MA's are unable to assist and unable to take down / record proper information resulting in incorrect prescriptions or orders being relayed to a medical provider or even recorded in the system. They were unable to find a patient despite providing them name and birth date, after clarifying them information of identification they said "whoops now I found you" after almost hanging up. If you are a new or existing patient that is reading this, I HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere and reporting this facility for improper work behavior and communication skills. read more

I am trying to reschedule an appointment and will not stay on hold for longer than 15 minutes. I sent a message a few days ago and have called and on hold for long periods of time. There haven't been any responses. It's odd they say they are taking new patients yet it's difficult to get through to them and to get any appointment set up. read more

Do NOT go here. Absolutely unprofessional. The front desk staff are extremely rude, and on more than one occasion, they have cut me off in the middle of my sentence. The providers have no sense of urgency when providing care. They do not take you seriously. I have been in chronic pain for over a year with my wrists and shoulder and my previous provider told me "it wouldn't be worth it" to do x-rays. Those were her exact words. I've had to do all my own research because my previous provider just "assumed" it was wrist tendinitis without doing any further investigation. My current provider whom I just established care with, told me she would send a referral to physical therapy for my wrists and shoulder. Three weeks later, I received no call from PT so I called PMG again to follow up. The front desk person on the phone said "they'll call you". This was ambiguous, so I asked for clarification and person was incredibly rude I asked if PT or their office would call me (that was our topic of discussion) and she snapped at me and said "well you called us". They finally sent my referral (3 weeks after my initial appt) and I call to make an appt with PT and they tell me it was ONLY sent for my shoulder. When in my after visit notes, it clearly says PT for wrists and shoulder. It is absolutely unacceptable that I could have received care during this time and continued to live in pain. She also did not refill my medication in time and I have now run out. In addition to this, during my first visit with her, I was telling her of the changes I've experienced in my body lately (as you do with a new provider). I asked her what she thought it might be and her exact words were "I don't even know what to say to that." Truly the worst customer service I have received at a medical office. As others have said, the staff here are extremely rude. The doctor I saw also had a very strange vibe. He seems to have some religious or moral beliefs that interfere with providing the medical care necessary. Needless to say I won't ever be going back. read more

I've been coming here for many years & my parents go here as well to see their PCP. It has always been a great experience and the front desk people from what I remember knew how to interact with their patients. I'm pretty sure one of their front desk staff is new & I have not had the best experience with . The last few times I have been on the phone-- I barely get to finish my sentence before getting cut off. This has happened more than just a couple of times. It's very poor customer service. Have you not been taught any manners in general when you interact with people? It's disrespectful to cut people off in the middle of their sentence. The front desk is the first interaction patients come in contact with & I find it very unprofessional. Besides that, the rest of the staff have been amazing. read more

My husband and I have been seeing Dr Fu at Pacific Medical for about 2 years. My husband has some very complicated medical issues where we need to keep matuculous records and separate each procedure based on the cause, treatment, and referrals to specialists. Their billing department refuses to document the reason or charges for tests in the billing, simply starting )low, medium, or high priority. I've called multiple times as well as my insurance company, and they've contacted them as well, telling them that they are supposed to detail the bills, by law. They told them they would (I was in the conf call), and still refuse to do so. The doctor orders unnecessary blood tests and referrals to other providers, that are not necessary. He's told me that I needed another, when I expressed concerns with the repricussiins of having this done again, he's started that it DID NOT contain radiation. I disagreed and asked to get a copy of the past ones and compare. Then the office tried to schedule it anyway. When I was provided a treatment for weight loss, I was told that I needed to do my own research and decide. I did that and initially decided against it. They called in the prescription anyway and didn't realize that I hadn't been taking it until I charged my mind 5 months later. I was then told to comes in for a consultation. I did that and got the prescription. I was in it for one month before they refused to refill and I was told to come back in for another consultation to discuss side affects I was experiencing (not sure where they thought I was having side affects as I hadn't had any or talked to anyone on the office about any such thing). I didn't feel that was necessary to take another afternoon off work for another in person visit, and as imply didn't have time, and just requested the prescription be refilled. After a two weeks of waiting, calling to find the doctor was on vacation, the pharmacy said that they hadn't received the prescription and my insurance company had they never received the renewal authorization request, as they'd already authorized it the last 2 times. I called Pacific medical several times and was told that they'd sent the authorization to my insurance company and the doctor wanted to see me in person again and again. I finally got one one of the office staff tell me that they sent the authorization to XYZ insurance, and they declined it. That's not my insurance.. She said yes, they then sent it to ABC company and it was declined. That's not my insurance company either. She then told me to call my insurance company and provide the fax number for her to use and that she'd send me a "snapshot screen"of what has happened. i said, first of all, I have a job, that's your job and you just told me what happened. Why would I want a picture of it. Keep in mind, this is the 5th conversation id had that week at several hours each time of dealing with this. I had to go into the office several times to finally get the prescription that was only provided for a 30day supply (after they agreed to 90 days) This clinic then discharged me from care (fired me) and told my husband, they can give him his records too, if he has an attitude too. My husband is going through one of the largest health flight of his life right now, he didn't have a , but he doesn't have the luxury of looking for so someone else.. I am more than apauled at the amount of unnecessary testing, labs, office visits, billing issues, rudeness, incompetence from this place. For what is supposed to be a health partner, they don't listen and they dont care. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! read more

I like this place and have been coming here for over a decade. The doctors in my opinion are great, and it's a comfortable environment. That said when it comes to scheduling/rescheduling, I would appreciate it if the scheduling department did the job they were hired to do. I don't want to be calling in to schedule an appointment only to be told I can do it online. YOU are the scheduling department I don't care if I can do it online, it is your job. If I am calling to schedule an appointment or reschedule I am obviously choosing to do it over the phone rather than online. It was rude and poor work etiquette. I put off establishing primary care when I moved here three years ago because, well, it can be a kind of awful experience and it's hard to pick a good doctor just from internet listings. I am so glad I finally did choose this practice though! Dr. Cha was so incredible. He was compassionate, caring, he listened to me and took my concerns seriously, he had a great sense of humor and put me at ease right away. He asked thoughtful questions and seemed to truly care about my well being. He seemed to value my input in my care and was very willing to work together. I won't go anywhere else! read more

I'm looking for a new primary care physician/ family practice for myself and if I like them, for my growing family. I found Pacific Medical Group's Beaverton office is near my home and lists convenient hours, so I called to make an appointment. And called. And called. And called. Over a dozen attempts, over two weeks, different times of day. After ten minutes of being on hold each time, I hung up. I finally got a person to speak with two days ago (this morning is going on the third day). I asked if they were accepting new patients and told they were, but the scheduling person was at lunch and would call me. Almost three days and not even a call to schedule with a new patient? Forget it. Given all the other terrible reviews, I'm stunned this practice remains open. Don't bother. read more

About 25 years ago I decided to have a doctors office closer to my home to avoid distant driving. I looked into Pacific Medical Group (PMG) and was impressed with what they had to offer, so I signed up. I made the right choice, they have taken great care of my health needs. Proper reminders of annual exams, vaccinations, medications, and always with sincere care. The team there works well together leaving me feel safe with what suggestions are the best for me and my personal situations. Over the years we have become friends but always professional. I have introduced PMG to many friends and neighbors, none have ever complained about their services and they continue using services by PMG. The convenience of having them so close to home and them being so well trained has me feeling very lucky for my health needs...now if I can only find a nearby Dentist. read more

I'll double or nothing you that you were on hold for more than five minutes. Today I was on hold more than 10 minutes before I gave up. I'll go all in that once you finally got to talk to someone, you were treated poorly - especially if you talk with Annette. Once you get through the regime at the front desk, there are great doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners. I've called corporate to complain, but I've never been able to get anyone at corporate to care enough to listen to my concerns about them. I've had the front office staff hang up on me, and they consistently treat me like I'm a waste of their time. Like I said, I loved my nurse practitioner but I'm done. It's a shame I have to go through the office staff to get through to them. I told one of my nurses about how frustrated I am with the office staff. She said a lot of people complain about them. I've been a patient at this practice for many years. Probably 15 total. Wendy Hawthorne and her staff are very friendly and efficient. I have had problems with being put on hold for as long as 20 plus minutes. I think it would be courteous to at least apologize for the wait when they do come back on the line. That's my only concern. I've made same day appointments when I've been ill. I find the front staff to be friendly and nice. I think they might just be understaffed unfortunately. They just had a provider retire and that might add to delays. Great care overall. read more

We absolutely love Dr. Dhingra. She is a spectacular and brilliant doctor, who doesn't deserve such terrible, awful front desk service. We have had so many terrible experiences with a particular front desk lady, but two stand out. One time my mother called to schedule my father an appointment. (He had cancer symptoms and needed to be seen urgently.) when we finally got ahold of someone she asked my mother what my dad's name is and his date of birth. My mother has an accent, but it's not very thick or anything. This lady kept screaming in the phone. I am not even exaggerating. My mother repeated herself multiple times and this lady kept making racist remarks and was clearly displeased with my mother's accent. She kept saying that my father was not a patient here. My mother told her his date of birth in so many different formats that there was no way she could not have heard her. (I don't understand your voice, are you speaking English? This patient does not go here sorry) My mother said it in numbers, by the month, she even spelled out the days for her. My mother on the verge of crying gives the phone to my father who had no foreign accent. The receptionist finally accepts it and said I kid you not, "YOUR WIFE TOLD ME MAY, NOT SEPTEMBER!" There was no way this was the case. May does not even sound like September. She then hung up! I truly blame this lady for my father's death. My parents were terrified to call to place an appointment and therefore his cancer advanced before we could get him diagnosed. She is a vile person. Flash forward 4 years later the second terrible experience. My mother has not been to her doctor because she is still burdened to talk to this lady to set up an appointment. By luck, she gets an appointment set up by a different receptionist who is much kinder. Everything is well and my mom goes to her appointment. She calls because there was an accident and she is running about 5 minutes late. The kind receptionist says that is okay. My mother makes it to the office and is waiting in line. There is no one in line but my mother, and the receptionists are off the phone. She gets called up to the window after waiting in line for 6 minutes. The rude receptionist "greets" her and when my mother gives her her name, she says "sorry you're more than ten minutes late for your appointment you have to reschedule" This lady purposely made my mother wait until she was over ten minutes late. She was looking at the time very clearly waiting for the time window to be up. She was snarky, rude, and made it very clear what her intentions are. I wish my stubborn mother would be willing to see another doctor so we can get out of this place, but she absolutely adores Dr. Dhingra. I don't understand how this lady still works here. I did reception work in college, and if I were even 5% as rude as this lady I would've been fired immediately. You work in a medical office. The people who you are seeing are sick, vulnerable, and some old. She absolutely needs to find another job. read more

Megan Monty is my provider at Pacific Medical Group at their Beaverton location. Megan is by far the best provider I have seen in years. I'm impressed with the level of care I have received so far. She listens to all your concerns and provides detailed recommendations. The follow up and easy to use patient portal is also a big plus for me. ***DO NOT USE THIS MEDICAL GROUP***THEY DO NOT SEE YOU IF YOU ARE SICK*** We are a family of 4 who wanted to establish a relationship with a doctor's office in our area. We all made appointments for physicals and gave our health history. A couple of weeks later my husband wanted an appointment as he had a horrible sore throat and is prone to strep throat. He had taken an at home covid test which was negative. The doctor would not see him for an appointment because he was sick with COVID Symptoms. I explained that he was prone to strep and had a negative covid test. They said he could have a tele health appointment. I inquired how they would look at his throat or perform a strep test without seeing him? How would they know if he needed antibiotic or would they just prescribe it in case? I was told it was up to the provider. I questioned the practice policy of not treating sick people? I thought that was the duty/objective of a doctors office. I was transferred to the Office Manager's voicemail. I would be surprised if I got a call back. He was able to get an appointment with Zoom Care where he will actually be seen and tested for strep. Again do not use this practice who's policy is not to treat sick people. read more

The only reason I go here is I adore my nurse and doctor who clearly care about me as a person and my health. The rest of the staff however.... First of all I get a bill which I call them about because my doctor apparently they were not listing as approved or something until after my first visit so my insurance was saying it was not covered because it was non network doctor. I called their billing person (who, btw, never calls you back). I called her three days later after never hearing from her. She was extremely snotty to me - and I was REALLY nice! She says she will look into it and call me back. A few days later I am trying to make an appointment and I get dumped on the billing person's desk - voicemail...AGAIN. I call back and am saying please can I schedule because I am quite ill and the person is not calling me back. The woman snaps, "WHO do you mean....ummm we DO call people back!!" I honestly just started crying and said that scheduling an appointment should not be this hard and I have been to the emergency room twice in two weeks. Fast forward to a few days ago. My health is so bad I have partial paralysis due to extreme vitamin/mineral deficiencies so my nurse called and scheduled me to come in the next day knowing I was just barely out of the hospital. Trying to get into the car I collapsed so I was drenched and my driver ran to them to get a wheelchair since I could (obviously) not walk. She wheels me up and is apologizing to the nasty receptionist for me being late since I fell down etc. The woman starts screaming - no joke - SCREAMING at her, "IS SHE A PATIENT HERE". I tell my driver please go...she was standing there in pure shock. I then give her my name and date of birth and she starts going off on me about how late I am to which I, AGAIN, explain, I fell. She stops even communicating with me and calls my nurse saying how late I am etc and they, of course, tell her yes they want me back there. She just stands there staring at me before hollering at me to ask if I need something else. Yes, I am dizzy and about to vomit - I cannot operate the wheelchair (which is locked)...she storms into the waiting room and wheels me away. Just wow... Yesterday I got a call from my nurse and tried to call her back. Psycho front person takes a good five minutes berating me before finally transferring me to my nurse. My nurse was super sweet and thanking me for calling her back. Seriously, dealing with any of the front office people makes you wonder if you mis-dialed and are talking with a women's prison. I am not sure where they found these people but they just seem pissed off all the time. read more

Deborah Loewer has been my PCP for 10 years now. Shes a very compassionate, smart, strict (because she cares about your health) and down to earth person. I can talk to her about anything and everything without feeling judged. She doesn't blame your weight for every health issue you have like other providers do; many will understand what I mean by this Statement. Highly recommend her if you want to feel like you are talking to family when discussing your health issues, she definitely has your back on everything. read more

I have been going to this doctor's office for quite a while, and I truly regret it. For normal appointments they aren't so bad if you don't mind sitting around for 20 minutes after your appointment was scheduled to get called back, and then sit for an additional 10-15 minutes in the examination room until the doctor decides to honor you with their presence... But do not EVER trust them to fax in paperwork. I've literally lost a job because of them. I called multiple times every day for two weeks to get paperwork faxed in for FMLA. Everyone said "Yeah, we faxed it in... I guess I could do it again?" when I call in, but it never gets received. The ONE time (out of, I'd say, 20 requests) that paperwork was actually received in a timely manner, the paperwork was incomplete. I had to pay for an additional flippin' appointment just to watch over them while they filled out the paperwork they claimed to have completed the week before, even though it's a condition that I've been seeing them about since 2008. I've seriously considered legal action against them for not doing what they claimed to be doing, since I followed up frequently. I shouldn't have to nag them to get them to do their job. Please, save yourself the time, money, and stress, and go somewhere that actually respects you and your time. read more

Went for an appointment to establish care, came away with options to help some of my more chronic pain that I wasn't aware were medical concerns. Every one I have interacted with were nice and professional. I didnt feel shamed for my size nor was it a factor in my consultation. This is the first doctor I have been to that doesn't auto assume every symptom has to do with being over weight. Uts very refreshing. I have avoided the doctors before for this reason. I am happy to recommend this to any bigger folks who don't want to be discriminated against. read more

I was only with them for a short time. They seem to only have one person at the front counter so it can take a long while to get help. The never seem to have same day apts even when you call in first thing in the morning. When I was sick and tried to call in for advice I never got the return phone call that was promised. Megan Monty is my provider at pacific medical group in Beaverton. I can honestly say that she is the best provider I have ever had. Megan is attentive, she listens and she is invested in patient health. She had impressed me multiple times with her ability to suggest a book or article to support me Becoming equipped to manage my health issues. She goes above and beyond, every visit by sharing knowledge and making it clear that my health and well being is her priority. Not only this, she also responds quickly anytime I need guidance. I am 42 years old and have never had a provider take care of me the way that Megan has, especially in the last year when I have been through a lot of really complex medical problems. Megan has a great assistant named Therese, and she is lovely. Megan and Therese are both positive, caring and exceptional people and I have recommended them to my friends and family nearby because of this. They are like guardian angels in my life because of the support and care they have given me. Highly recommend. read more

I've had great experiences with Pacific Medical Group. Very easy to get scheduled for an appointment, easy to get lab work done, and all staff and providers have provided excellent customer service. Online portal is excellent and makes it easy to track your health history and communicate with your physician and the staff. Convenient location in downtown Beaverton. I will definitely recommend Pacific Medical Group to anybody I know who is searching for a new physician. read more

I honestly don't know how they're still allowed to be open. I could list hear all the inadequate improper illegal things that are done here. But the best advice I can give you is don't go here you can literally die seeking care here. Oh and don't expect them to transfer your files when you do go to a new doctor... We've been waiting a month and they didn't even care and said oh sorry we just can't get everything over yet! After a month! They didn't care. I am now receiving amazing amazing care at Providence medical and it made me realize how little I was getting at Pacific. This is a dangerous clinic and it shouldn't be open And I don't say that lightly. There are so many stories around this clinic all I can say is check it out before you go and I really advise you go somewhere else. They just don't care here read more

The doctor's are great but the front office workers are terrible. I've called to renew my prescription for the last couple days now and they wouldn't put it through with my doctor. It's been a month I am supposed to refill my prescription today but I guess the receptionists think they know what's best for me, they should have gotten jobs as doctors then. 1 Star until this stops being a problem. read more

I went to Dr. Dhingra for four years. During that time she never gave me a full exam and acted afraid to touch me. She did not help me or give me praise when I got off of a controlled substance for sleep. She would tell me I had to make a separate appointment to discuss every complaint I had. She told me that when I came in for a wellness visit she'd address things then, but she NEVER did. I had skin issues that she shrugged off. I found my own dermatologist that found many cancer cells including melanoma. The last thing Dr. Dhingra did that made me find another Dr. is she tried to force me to get a mammogram by refusing to refill a Non- estrogen prescription. I second what others have said about being put on hold at the front office. The medical system is a mess and I know I'm not the only one very dissatisfied with primary Docs involvement with our health. Stand up for yourselves as individuals with your own health needs. Don't just roll over and let Doctors do whatever they please so they look good on paper - like forcing you to schedule a procedure you do not want or believe in, just so their management says "good doctor." I say bad doctor when that person does not listen and doesn't seem to realize they are their to serve my personal health needs. read more

This is the most horrible physician's office I have EVER had the displeasure of going to. EVERRR. I went in to get a prescription for a cough syrup that I had had awhile back (at the time of that 'scrip', I HAD a pretty bad cough, but a GREAT doctor-in Honolulu-, and then some great cough syrup-whoohoo!) and made an appointment with my husband's doctor, at my husband's recommendation. I just can't understand why my husband likes this Dr. Giligan (yep, that's right, skipper!). He's rude, obnoxious, and has the WORST bedside manner I have ever experienced. He threw a hissy fit IN FRONT OF ME and stalks out of the room because the admitting staff forgot to take my temperature. Granted, I was sick and isn't that one of the first things that every doctor's office does? But really, how's that one? He couldn't wait until he was done with my appointment? And then he thinks that if he equates me to a car or a 'muffler' (several times), I'm going to want to let him look at my lady parts (which apparently family medicine docs are qualified to do lady part checkups and he offered to do)???? I think NOT sir! Anyway, enough about their fifth string doc. Now, let's talk about their office staff. About a week after, I was still coughing and happened to be at Costco, so I called the office to see if I could get a refill. I explained to the lady on the phone what I wanted and where I was. While I can't remember the details of what she said exactly, I do remember that I spent the rest of their office hours (1 1/2-ish) waiting at Costco for her to call me back and let me know if they would be able to do the refill or not, with no return call, even though I SPECIFICALLY requested a call back. The next day, there was no follow up call to let me know about the status of the refill or an apology for not getting back to me the day before. Nice. I love hacking away and feeling like I can't breathe. Not. Long story short: Substandard physician(s) Substandard office staff VERY UNSATISFIED CLIENT **Today my husband is trying to get a release to go back to work from this office and has called 3x's to no avail.** read more

I HATE HATE HATE this place so much. NEVER GO HERE. The front desk is the worst. On what planet should it take calling more than twice everyday for a week to get a simple refill on a prescription. By the time it was practically a week I was complaining to the lady about why it takes this long to get a refill when everyone I've been talking to said they would get the refill going TODAY, yeah, no. I can't complaint about medical services provided by Health Professionals. They are friendly and comforting. But the front desk receptionist (the blonde old lady- Annette) is too rude to be at such delicate place where patients should be treated with softness and kindness. She makes dumb comments about the client she talks with over phone with other clerical personnels inside her area. Sound so harsh. If you ask something she shakes her head in a way that will make you feel like she thinks Patient should know everything what she knows. Disappointing. read more

I've been a patient here for 14 years plus. Pretty much my whole family are patients here. I've read some of the complaints on here. Figured I'd write a good review since I've never had issues with them. My wife has had issue with the business office with billing but nobody is perfect. read more

This place has a lot of nerve... I had my boyfriend call to make me an appointment to talk about my migraines being so bad I lost my eye site in my right eye. The receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude to him. Very bad attitude and had him on hold for 10 minutes. After being on hold for so long she rudely told him they don't have appointments for 5 weeks and if it was that bad that I need to go to the ER. whats the point of even attempting to get in with you guys?
