It does what it says on the tin, a club for working (wo)men to come relax, have a drink or a meal. The restaurant has only opened a short while ago (then closed, apparently over row with chef, now reopened under new management) and although it is now a little more pricey it still does the same job. Col got a 10 piece and we got 2 pots of tea - it wound up being around £4 less than the Coffee Dock, got more food and hubs got his mushrooms (double shrooms in fact) and was thrilled, cause the coffee dock doesn't do shrooms. There is on street parking outside (think it's an hour limit) but there is a pay and display car park very close. There is an outdoor area at the back for sunny days, but they clearly say they won't guarantee the weather!! Really clean and comfortable inside.
