We tried to line up tree service and first two companies did not return call. Called Silverlobe and they promptly responded. Had to schedule service about a month out, but that was ok as I wanted to do the work when the tree was dormant. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up debris. Although I was planning on keeping the mulch on site so I could get a cheaper rate, there was more than I expected and they took it away anyway. A heavy branch did hit the fence, which was already in disrepair, and they deducted $50 to replace a few boards. read more

Had a tree come down in a storm. Called Matt at Silverline and he and his crew were out in an hour. Cut everything into 16" rounds, and left the area cleaner than when they started. I've used Silverline in the past as well to limb some redwoods and firs. Very professional, clean, and reasonably priced. 11/10 recommend. read more

I had a large palm tree i needed removed from the front of my house. Silverline happens to be my neighbor and thought i would give them a try. I was not disappointed! He came on time. Came with proper equipment. Cleaned up the area and you would never know I had a tree there!! LGTBQi friendly was a bonus. I would recommend to others and i will call him again if needed. read more

He gave us an estimate with a couple options. His crew came the next day and did quick work. They were friendly and professional. They even left us some chips for the garden. Mutually hired between neighbors to trim some redwood trees. There were three trees in all. Initially there was some miscommunication that lead to rescheduling (we all understood that one section of a fence had to come apart and when it came to job day they said it was two sections. We still think this error was on the company but they won't take any responsibility). Anyway they said they would have to work it out to reschedule which they eventually did. However they were pretty bad at communicating the entire time, leaving messages unreturned for weeks and they rarely answer their phone. The workers came and left early almost daily. They wandered around a lot making bad use of their time (not even sure how many times one of them walked up the hill to the street but there was no reason for it, just back and forth endlessly). One brought an unleashed dog onto our property without seeking permission which drove our dogs crazy inside the house. They came back on a Saturday without permission to get their equipment for a "side job" meanwhile complaining they didn't have time to finish ours. Then they showed up for the final part and worked half days, leaving at 2 one day and 1130 another, and didn't finish the third tree, saying they "ran out of time". We ended having to rent expensive equipment and trim the final tree ourselves. I would not use this company again. read more

Matt and crew cleaned up the low hanging branches on my huge big leaf maple with a lift bucket truck. This tree is 60' tall with equal spread. It's never looked better. Also topped a dying redwood to remove risk of property damage. As others have stated, they did an excellent job of cleanup. All work was done in a professional and safe manner. They did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done, and why, and accommodated us when we explained why our "squirrel bridge" needed to stay.
