Diamond installed a new beautiful roof on my home 4 years ago. With all of the cold weather and snow this winter my roof developed enormous ice dams. This was caused by mother nature, not Diamond. I called Mark and Tom and they immediately took care of the problem like it was their own home. They followed up with me to make sure that everything was OK. Diamond went above and beyond to make sure that everything was OK. I highly recommend them!

After inspection claimed shingles looked fine just a few nails lifted which were replaced. After last Sundays rain, water started dripping and more tiles were wet. I called Monday 9/14 to report findings with no call back. I called again a few days later and was told he would be out this week. No confirmation as to which day. Now it is Thursday 9/24, I called and left message 8:39 AM that week is at end and expecting large rain storm for weekend. Still have not received a call back. Not happy with service at the moment

Called a couple of companies but chose this one because they provided quick response, quote on the spot, and reasonable pricing. Jose was on time for the quote, professional, and actually went up on the roof to access damage (unlike other companies). He provided insurance/licensing information quickly. Jose came out the next day to do the repair because he wanted to repair it before it rained in the open roof. He and his crew worked quickly, did extra length of roof cap that they found was loose, and didn't charge extra. Will recommend this company to all my neighbors and will use again if we need more work/new roof. Thanks Jose for providing professional work and a quick repair. Awesome experience!

INITIAL DISCUSSIONS (FEB 22, 2024) We asked Keith if…read moreremoving the flooring would speed up the project but eventually kept tile. HandyWorks would demo and install the new tile. We also discussed painting cabinets, eyeing a mid-March start. PRICING & COMMUNICATION (FEB 26-27) We received only a "line item overview," no per-task costs. Repeated requests for a true breakdown were never fulfilled. Sue, the project manager, offered no real help with fixture selection (e.g., she told us to "use the filters" on a website we'd already tried). TIMELINE DISCONNECT (FEB 28) Keith disclosed late that the countertop needed a 10-business-day lead time and that subsequent tasks would push the project to around three weeks--far beyond our hoped-for one-week timeframe. CONTRACT & SCOPE OMISSIONS (MAR 12-21) After I canceled a meeting, Keith declined to email the contract, insisting on another in-person appointment. We finally reviewed it on March 15 but discovered the trashcan insert was omitted. Keith apologized yet still never provided a detailed cost breakdown. TILE PROBLEMS (SPRING 2024-MAY 2025) Several tiles were laid out improperly, and two had extra-wide grout lines. Keith's crew returned weeks later, but he sent a finish carpenter, not a tiler, leaving flaws. They redid those tiles again in May 2025 without Keith supervising. The tiler also used floor leveler to raise part of our century-old floor several inches--without our consent--then tried to charge extra and later failed to remove it from the invoice promptly. COUNTERTOP & BACKSPLASH ISSUES (FEB-MAY 2025) Small items rolled off the countertop's edge. By April, the section over the dishwasher sagged, leaving a gap. Keith finally added a bracket in May, admitting it should have been done initially. For the backsplash, his crew broke the grey-white marble pattern without asking, substituting grey for white near the edge. Keith insisted the white pieces were "too small" to cut, which felt untrue, and he never consulted us. OTHER UNPROFESSIONAL INCIDENTS Keith brought up politics (specifically, Trump) during contract signing, which felt inappropriate. One day, his workers cut quartz with our windows open, blanketing our downstairs in dust, for which he offered $200. A worker also smoked in our backyard after we explicitly said no. FINAL INVOICE & REFUND DISPUTE (SEPT 2024-MAR 2025) Keith apologized for including the unapproved floor-leveler charge on our final bill. We requested about a 10% refund due to recurring problems and incomplete fixes. He verbally agreed in March 2025 but later avoided the subject. We still haven't received any compensation. BBB complaint pending.

I was a bit skeptical about the quote because I have been through drama with contractors. Bill was phenomenal from the first call. I sent him a few pictures and he called me to schedule a meeting. He arrived right when he said he would and soon after provided a quote with suggestions that matched what we talked about during the walk through. Needless to say the quote matched my budget and we booked to have it started. Bill, Justin and Kevin are stand up guys and I feel like the are now part of my family. From the beginning to the end, Jessica was the above and beyond project coordinator who answered my every email, phone call and followed up with any questions, setting expectations and putting my mind at ease. Yes off course there were very few nails etc that were missed that I kept finding over the next few weeks but they ran a magnet roller to collect most of the old and new ones. They worked at an unbelievable rate without sacrificing quality and did an excellent job. I got solar panels installed a few months later and the inspectors kept commenting on what a good job it was both from outside and from Inside the attic. They also had a no interest 12 month financing facility which I took advantage and paid it off on time to avoid the accrued interest before the time was up. From the beginning he gave me one quote and then said to go through insurance because it would be easier. This is my first time owning a home and boy was he wrong. I went through insurance just to find out after the roof was completed that he charges more if insurance is involved in order to get a bigger paycheck then what he would charge if it were in cash. That is not only unethical that is absolutely stealing from insurance companies. I asked him several times after I found this out if the price would differ if he I would've given him cash and he said yes. I explained multiple times that that is not right because it is the same exact job. He did not care. Waiting for insurance check to come in was a nightmare because they take forever. All Edwin did throughout the waiting period was call me or text me to see if the checks had arrived. I had to stop picking up his phone calls and text messages and ask him to stop calling me.
