We have attached a photograph of an actual instrument cluster of a van Longwood is currently advertising. If you zoom in on the photo you will see it is an aftermarket speedometer bolted in with 4 bolts. It is not the factory original gauge that came with the van. We estimate that this van has closer to a half a million miles rather than the 135,707 they claim. If you have purchased a step van from Longwood Truck Center with an odometer that has a PRICOL or VDO replacemment speedometer/odometer please reach out to us, or contact your attorney.

I thought that I had a good relationship again...but NO. I was having very typical transmission problems and told that I would be getting a new "unit" to resolve the problem. After approximately 6-months with only one vague follow up, I went to a different dealer based on a recommendation from someone that had a similar transmission issue as mine. They were great and resolved the problem. I've not heard from anyone at Rush Truck Center since the promise of a new "unit." What a huge disappointment. Burn me twice...and we're done.

He promised that he would find the issue(s) and repair our RV. This is definitely a man of his word. He devoted a full week end to diagnose and find the actual problem which turned out to be a broken pin behind the instrumental panel. He replaced the pin, and even insisted that he be included on the test drive (which proved to us that he was sincere and confident that he had fixed the issue). This time the instrument panel was intact and working as it should. He assured my husband that the light bar was set as 50 km, not 50 miles, as we had thought. We are very grateful for Pablo and his dedication, as well as his follow-through. This is a man of integrity who can be trusted to provide excellent service and is an asset to this business. We will not hesitate to do business at this location now that Pablo is in charge!

Luckily made it to a next dealer @ 5mph. Had to replace the pump again and wash the tank out . Problem fixed, haven't had that problem again. They never washed the tank which was the main cause. I also went there 2 other times for other reasons they charge $400 each time for diagnostics and never found anything. Mechanics here are dumb as **** . Keep your money and truck away from here . To make it worse the men's room was closed for 0 minutes without alternate arrangements made for clients. Overall a bad experience.
