Visited the restroom shortly after getting there and it looks like it has literally never been cleaned. The door to the toilet stall was missing, and their own promotion posters were laying on the floor. My wife mentioned the ladies restroom was just as bad. Toilet in hers wouldn't flush. The night I visited was a rainy one and I saw a lot of standing water on the floor in different places. The service was good that night. Drink prices were reasonable. We ordered a couple of buckets and the bottom of the buckets were rusted out. The atmosphere was good. People were having a good time.

But the weird part was she took my id and my friend to the back. Really? You haven't seen an ID from California before? That's one thing that ruined my night just a bit, other than the show was funny. Kept me laughing all night, I don't remember those comedian names but I knew one is pretty well known he's on MTV and VH1. His line that he always said "Chicken Nugget"

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the cashier who sold me the ticket, but she informed my server, Kat, who then informed me. Between the two of them, they made an attempt to accommodate me by providing a machine that would provide me with the captioning for the movie. Kat also made sure to apologize to me multiple times. Although the apology was not needed, it was much appreciated. I just decided to pay for my food and my beer, and then exchange my ticket for another movie in English. I had a great friendly conversation with both employees and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would like to thank the management for the professionalism you've instilled in your employees.
