Evidently the punch up above the water was leaking into the water. That needs fixing. They used to have hot, fresh, crinkle fries, but not now. They also gave you a generous quantity of tater tots, but that's gone down too. The white door in the seating area has black greasy large marks all over it, and it needs a fresh coat of paint or at least a good cleaning. The employees are nice and the dining area is relatively clean and has lots of windows. We probably won't come back.

Double cheeseburger was too much to finish, as was the order of fries. Did I say that they were hand-cut? I was there at lunchtime and while there was no big rush, and the mall was not busy, but there was a steady stream of customers for Sergio's Grill. If I'm back in town, I'll return, if for no other reason than to escape the bad steakhouses, BBQ, and Mexican cuisine that is prevalent.
