Silver Tie Films is just plain awesome! At first, I was really hesitant to go with a videographer due to all the costs adding up so quickly, the use of two photographers, and the fact that my husband did not like to be in the lime light and was urging me towards a "no videographer please" direction. However, after speaking with some brides, their one biggest regret was not having a videographer at the wedding. I did not want to have any regrets. Therefore, I went forth with finding someone that would be great at telling stories (I didn't want a lame wedding video), but someone that would be willing to work within our budget, and really captured the highlights of our day. After contacting countless videographers, I found that the prices quoted to me were more expensive than I had originally thought, especially all the good ones with high reviews. I began to lose hope, and told Gusttavo at Silver Tie Films that his prices are well over our budget, and that we will not be able to go with his company. One big difference with Gusttavo was that he did not give up on me; he broke down some options, and told me what I was able to get within the budget that I had proposed. I selected the documentary version of our ceremony and speeches. Then, he gave me the option to select or upgrade to any of the additional features for an additional fee (i.e. 3-7 minute wedding highlights, raw files, etc.) after the wedding. I felt that Gusttavo was willing to work within my budget, was very honest and transparent with all his fees, responded professionally and quickly to any questions, and most importantly, he provided the flexibility for options. We didn't have to pay everything all up front which helped a lot. Although, at the end, with all the upgrades and additions, it ended up costing to his original quote, it was well worth it for us. On the day of the wedding, I barely even notice that a video camera was filming us. In fact, most of our guests thought we only had photographers at the wedding. During the ceremony, I did not even see the two cameras, and it was not in the photographer's line which was great! Gusttavo hid it so seamlessly. My husband and I exchanged vows during our ceremony, and the microphone that was used, captured our voices so clearly. I ended up adding the highlighted video to our package, and that was my favorite thing to watch. I probably watched the highlighted video (3.5 minutes long) like a 100 times. It was beautifully done, capturing all of our highlighted moments, the sound was so clear, and the music that was selected and played during the highlight was just so romantic. All of our family and friends loved it! Even the ones that could not be there on the day of our wedding commented that "it was like, we were there with you." I couldn't be happier with the services provided by Silver Tie Films. I felt that Gusttavo maintained continuous professionalism, even with one of my demanding photographer. He worked hard at trying to ensure that the Bride and the Groom enjoyed our day naturally. He got along well with all the vendors, and treated our friends and family with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Silver Tie Films to any Bride wanting a videographer. The wedding day passes by so sooo quickly, and you would want someone that knows how to tell your story in a very special way.
