I walked in today and they told me " We can only give you half the money back which is $10. ". One $10 is not half of $35... Second your management told me otherwise over the phone. Third, When I asked why I was lied to, The red head behind the counter just kept saying " I can get my manager " in a bitchy way, She just kept rolling her eyes. It's good to see this places true colors. This place will just steal from you and just laugh it off. I'll be reporting this dispensary to the state for this shady shit.

After living in multiple states w/legalized medical cannabis i can easily say this is one of my…read moremost favorite dispensaries! Tricann is all about atmosphere, product knowledge, and helping patients leave with the best products/strains for their particular ailments. The staff here is seriously passionate about cannabis and are always ready to discuss/answer patient questions. On top of that they have quality products; (particularly their concentrates, vape cartridges & flower). This dispensary has legit increased my personal quality of life- having safe consistant access to quality products... and also learning every time I go in so I feel like I've gotten much better at picking out things that really help with my medical needs. This is a special dispensary that really cares about their patients and nerds out on their cannabis. The combination is amazing! They also have handicap accessible parking and entrance. If you are in a time crunch, you can place an order online thru their website so that it is ready and waiting for you to just show your i.d. and pay when you get there. This shop has specials everyday of the week! 2 of my personal favorites are; -Flower Power Friday- discounted flower -Wax Wednesday- discounted concentrates They also have a wheel you get to spin with each purchase and gives you a chance for even better discounts and freebies XD Did I mention they have an amazing staff?! This is also an LGBTQ safe space. You'll find both community and allies working here :)

I don't review often, but as much as I love the almost hidden gem status of this place, I am grateful they're here in the community and know they deserve the support. Also, dog friendly and offer med card discounts! (To be clear, the store is dog friendly - doggo in the photo only gets CBD dog treats!)

When I went in to pick up this online order, I was expecting to pay the stated amount that was on my order confirmation email and that was also printed on the In-Store receipt that was stapled to my bag. The cashier began ringing up the items I ordered and she states the total as being over $100, I showed her multiple screenshots and screen-recordings as well as the order confirmation email and pointed out that the receipt on the bag she was holding says the total for the order is $10.55. She went on to say that I should have called before coming in... She pulled out what I would assume was a manager or higher up and told her what was happening and she also went on to say that that isn't right and they will not be honoring that price and can't do anything to meet in the middle. I let both of the store workers know that having a price different on the website and order confirmation and giving the consumer a different/higher price in store would be engaging in the act of baiting and switching, which is illegal and punishable in the state of Maine, violating the FTC Act which is punishable by law. The Federal Trade Commission has determined that "bait and switch" practices are unfair or deceptive trade practices and are unlawful under Section 5 (a) (1) of the Federal Trade Commission Act. Baiting and Switching "is achieved through a variety of practices designed to discourage the sale of the advertised product at the advertised price." (ftc.gov) "It is an unfair or deceptive trade practice to "switch" a customer to the higher priced product by refusing to sell or show the advertised product." (ftc.gov) "§13-116.
