They are a medical cannabis only establishment so you do need to book a consult with their on-staff nurse, Kathy: this is super easy to do online, and I was able to get in the next day. She asked a lot of good questions about what I was looking for (mainly inflammation management and mood), processed my card, and within minutes I was good to start shopping. Then I met my marvelous consultant EJ, who really knows his stuff: he talked me through things very specifically and made recommendations on dosages and establishing a pattern, which is really helpful. And wow, what a great selection, and at very good prices too (and they also have weekly specials and sales).
