He asked if if I had been waiting long and I said 10 minutes and indicated that he is lucky I am an honest person. I then asked to look at a vape cart. He did not know anything about it as he does not work the counter. I left. I never come to Lebanon and came here specifically to see this shop. Shame, looks a Nice place. I posted a review on their Facebook page to give them a chance to make it right. The "CEO", Grace, direct messages me and tells me she looked at the video from her cameras and I had looked at a few things behind the counter and that is against "store policy". Because of this I am banned. How am I supposed to know the "store rules" if you don't staff your store to enforce them Grace? What an arrogant idiot.(want to use a much stronger word). Leaves the door wide open and the shop unattended and it's my fault. Obviously knows nothing about marketing or driving customers to their store otherwise she would have realised what an opportunity she has lost and handle it correctly.
