All other companies missed it. We did feel as though the job was very rushed, we were told 2 - 3 days and it was done in less than one day. Because of this, we felt as though there was quite a lot of nicks in our trim and they had to come back and make some other changes they forgot on the job. More communication AFTER the job would have been appreciated. We had to follow up about billing and the problems. There was no formal walk through or call from the office to see how we liked the floors. I understand the office was busy, but some acknowledgment of our communication would have put us more at ease. They did reimburse us a very small amount for the little damages.
