He has water and sodas for those who are waiting but we went straight to the chair. Aladdin was easy to talk to and friendly. My hair is very easy to cut but regardless he did a very nice job of it. Aladdin also offered to do the little things that some others forget such as trim the eyebrows and shave the light hairs from the ears. He has a loyalty card which is good because I still find $25 high for a fast cut and no wash. I will come back though as I enjoyed the experience and results. I can recommend City Barber in Windermere, especially if you live in the deep southwest. I wasn't sure if I four or five stars were warranted so let's go for five, at least until my next cut.

Every time I sit in his chair I have no worries and the haircut will again be a perfect 10.

However, the entire possibility of actually…read morereturning again was eliminated by the ridiculous payment requirements ie. cash or e transfer Try finding out that you can only pay by e transfer after having a cut and not having brought any cash along. The culture at Kings is also a good one. You can relax and watch tv while you wait, engage in good conversation, have a drink and a snack at great prices, and buy products that you may need. I first started going to Kings in 1982 but didn't like the wait so I tried different barbers and hair dressers in town but never received the same quality and always found myself back at Kings. The wait isn't near as long as it used to be and you can even call and book a time you want to come in that day. My grown children still go there and sometimes don't get a haircut where they are going to school and playing sports, till they comeback and visit Edmonton and go to Kings. King really is the King!
