I tried leaning out and cleaning a few myself, but with some 40 feet up on the back of our house (we're on a steep hill), poor hand-eye coordination, a wife skeptical about my chances of survival, and a lot of windows, I figured it was worth getting help. I asked around and heard great things about Mike and Outlook Window Cleaning. Gave them a call and Mike stopped by the next day to provide an estimate. Price he quoted was very reasonable and they have quite a bit of experience, so I decided to hire them. I couldn't be happier with the results! They showed up right on time, and in an afternoon, they washed every window in my house to perfection. Ah, clarity again, so nice! My parents also live in Incline and they were looking for a window washer so I referred them to Outlook. They were also impressed with how good the windows came out and told me that Mike washed their large upstairs mirrors and switched out a couple hard to reach light bulbs at no extra charge. Definitely impressed by Outlook Window Cleaning and will hire them again.

We walked around and he gave me a quote ...I have a huge house 2 stories with a lot of windows. I could not believe how reasonable the quote was - we were going out of town and he was going to do while we were gone before our renters checked in. He also mentioned he cleaned gutters and as that was also so reasonable and they were clogged with pine needles and high up I had him do that as well. We just got home and it took us awhile to figure out what was different...our windows! They are so clean and it even had snowed while we were gone and they are spotless...my gutters are beautiful not a pine needle to be found. I will recommend Kyle to all of my clients!

Pretty plain to see Mr. Curran was invited to give his option and evaluation, but instead chose to throw a temper tantrum, then lie here on Yelp in an attempt to cover it up. Despite Mr. Curran's claims, he was invited to give his evaluation, but refused to do so. It's also plain to see (in contrast to his claim) that I re-iterated to him that I had planned to be there during his scheduled time. That much is right here in the text string in writing. I can appreciate, sir, that you may be a good person. At least that is your own self evaluation and I'm fine with that.
