Every person that transfer from another gym comes with the same story, they were either mistreated or coached improperly. All the Apex coaches and staff genuinely care for the kids. They are dedicated and committed to producing exemplary athletes and good sportspeople. As far as the conditions during the meet, I was there this weekend and found nothing wrong. In fact, it was no different than a dozen other gyms we've been to for competitions. I did appreciate that no matter where my family and I chose to sit, we're able to see each event. We're were also able to get up and move around so it made video taping without being in front of other spectators easy. There were two large screens displaying clear, real time scores. Given that there were hundreds of people and gymnastics at Apex over the competition weekend, I found it to be well structured, each session was completed in a timely manner, and the athletes (who matter most) were happy!

I have sent numerous emails in the past inquiring about private lessons. All my emails got ignored. Whenever I called, I never got a call back. Other issues faced were the freezing temperatures in the little kids gym. When our class started at 4, the kids couldn't even use the back room because of how cold it was. Management did nothing despite being well aware. My daughter changed gems, and I gave enough notice to Neu Era. This is the second month I've needed to call to have my payment refunded. This has happened to others. I sent an email out of frustration saying to stop charging my card and the snarky response I received from a business owner just confirms that this place is run unprofessionally. I don't recommend Neu Era. There are gyms places locally that are better suited for kids who are looking for room to grow in gymnastics.

Theses people allowed a 10 year to wait outside at 9pm by herself with no adult supervision. When I spoke to the staff that was there at the time they were very dismissive. Also, I agree with the racism reviews. The week before I saw the same instructor walk a white little girl to her parents car after 9pm.
