This is 3 months ago, I'm unemployed struggling to keep a roof over our head, and this business called the recipient of the flowers to collect on the bill. Horribly unprofessional. I suggest if you absolutely don't want to be embarrassed months from now when the person who receives your flowers calls you saying your flower shop wants their money, find another place to send your flowers because neither their business model nor professionalism can be counted on. UPDATE: This guy actually justifies calling the recipient of flowers for the balance when they supposedly forget to charge the card at the time of purchase (which I'm not convinced is the truth but I have yet to confirm it). This guy is a complete loon, left a message crying on my sisters phone about how he just wants to get paid (then process your orders correctly, dummy!). I didn't say the flowers were sent during Covid-19 quarantine, just that you attempted to collect a balance which never should have existed during the pandemic. My advice: There are plenty of nice flower shops in the area, play it safe and order from one of them.

I called and complained to From You Flowers and a supervisor called me back and promised a redelivery. I agreed because I thought I was finally going to get what I ordered! This time the arrangement came from Grace Flowers in Pompano and the arrangement is smaller than the first one! Again nothing resembling what I originally ordered and some of he flowers were dying! I've taken photos of both deliveries and a photo of what I've ordered and paid for and I've contacted the media. Stay away from these florist shops!!!
