Horrible experience and then they dropped me a letter and didn't care to tell me that they were dropping me as a patient for standing out for myself because I almost lost my job and still might. Wanna wait 35 to 55 minutes on the phone? This has been going on for years I'm finding out. I'm not the only one complaining. The communications manager blocked me for asking for help several times. The staff talks about you and condescends you. They can't do elementary paperwork &will blame you every time. The doctor wanted me to drive out with a sleep disorder 40 minutes away to have my paperwork handed to him because they can't do it right so HE could do it. Why lol. You know I liked him as a doctor, but I can't believe he allowed this to happen. It is pure negligence to drop somebody in the middle of a very serious disability claim. Let alone a claim! While I already called to start with a new primary, i can't drop them on the claim like that And if I lose my job now, that &other reasons they will be responsible for. All these reviews that are negative are so true and helpful to me because I don't feel alone... and like somebody said: if you're not on blood pressure pills, you might as well get on them cause they're gonna drive you to your very end. oh, and they charge you for everything even if you called and waited a half hour to try to cancel and they never called you back. Watch yourself, document everything! that's why they canceled me. I promise you. Legal counsel told me it was pure negligence what they did to me and they know I caught it all and called it out and they're not used to that probably.. so they let me go. Rather than correct what I see as a very ongoing issue. So disappointed! I really liked my Dr. We had a great relationship for 10 years and he definitely told me it wasn't my fault with this paperwork every time, and that he wanted to handle it instead.. but didn't. very disappointed in him. However, after reading these reviews, I'm learning that not just on here, there's been many missed diagnosis's is by a few doctors and to be honest, I got sent to a very, very bad doctor and as a result, they miss something very serious. It could've caused me and somebody else their life by being on the road not medicated. My primary backup does women stuff, and I had severe pain and urinary incontinence&I had to tell her maybe I need my ovaries checked she said "oh! Yeah!" And made me a script for ultrasound lol! I had to tell her or they would've missed it. I had problems with my ovary swelling up!!! She also put me on estradiol and I was told by a gynecologist just that was the absolute worst thing for what I have going on prior to this and isn't the proper treatment. Oh my God! I referred a couple people and they were equally disappointed over the years, one of them has a serious disease and was put on some very serious psychiatric medication for her sleep and depression and she's only 89 pounds. They didn't see her for at least a year. Why would you put someone that low of weight on that anyways when they don't even have any psychiatric problems? I've known her over 20 years. She's the sweetest woman in the world. I'm just lucky she knew better the next time to not fill script and pharmacy agreed. Blown away upset but letting legal counsel take over I can't handle the stress. I've been doing the paperwork now for about a year and a half. I have to send everything in and try to get them to correct it and they just don't get it. It's like talking to a wall, but they'll sure take your money best luck if yo read more
