The Pizookie is a fresh-baked chocolate chip cookie served in a skillet, baked super thin so it's crispy around the edges with a perfectly chewy center. They top it with two scoops of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle on peanuts (worth noting if you have an allergy). Hot. Cold. Crispy. Gooey. Shut the front door. It was incredible. 5 stars from me.
