I ended up getting a cesarean section due to my baby being breech so I didn't need a birth doula, so they gave me the option of a partial refund or 12 hours of postpartum doula services (which is what I opted for). It was great having Jessica come check up on me postpartum and go through some basics of breastfeeding, infant care, and also just giving us a small break during the early newborn days. We've recently also worked with Amanda for babysitting services and she's amazing! ERDC does it all. They are big on community and fostering support before, during, and after birth. If the elder client does not feel like things are working out with their companion, they are free to speak to the company and ask for someone else. Having dealt with other companies, they tend to want to push you into a higher level of care that may not be needed. The great thing about elder care and companion roles are that you've already established a relationship with the company, you've come to trust the company, and if you do need to move to a next level of care, stay assisted-living, you already know the company and your companion may also be able to join you in an assisted-living community I'm forgetting to mention there are caregivers who are CNA's, and highly experienced RNs, who oversee the programs. Healthcare in this country is unreasonably expensive, and unfortunately, when I needed my ears checked and all that was needed to be done was to clean them out, my bill was over $200 after insurance. If the need arises, MyCare 365 is my preferred urgent care location, albeit the high healthcare prices.

Lots of delays and non-responsiveness in scheduling, repeated problems with simple drop offs at the front desk.
