They quoted me the price of $307. I paid half when I dropped the dress off. I chose someone local because I thought it was too important to risk it not being done correctly even though the price was more than a shipping service. When I went back to check the quality of the cleaning I was happy with it so I told them I would be back the next day to pick it up after it was boxed. I received a phone the next day saying it would be an additional $50 which is not what I was quoted. I refused to pay it and bought a kit from Amazon for $26 that included the acid free paper that I will do myself. They use bait and switch business practices and I will never use them again.

It was a tan basic suit, which to top, they ordered the wrong color and then blamed the bride for it when she called to let them know. They wanted to charge her an additional $75 per suit if she wanted to reorder the cream color she originally requested because get this: THEY RENT THE TUXEDOS FROM ANOTHER BUSINESS. THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR OWN TUXEDOS TO RENT OUT. They also did not have the color ties requested and just issued tan ties without asking the bride what other color she would prefer. Had to get a phone call from the bride how they made her feel about their mistake the week of the wedding. No discount for 5 total suits rented in the wrong color btw. My husband works late hours and they are closed by the time he gets out, so they added $50 for 2 days late. We live 40 mins from Shelbyville and are a one income family. When I called to explain our situation and settle the bill, it was $285!! I spoke to the owner to try to work a payment out and she was completely rude and unsympathetic. Instead she tried to embarrass me by threatening to call and make the mother of groom pay. When I explained to her she didn't need to get her involved and that I could pay her on Friday when my husband gets paid (I spoke to her on a Wednesday), she said just to call the dry cleaners and pay with card over the phone. When I did call on Friday as promised, they said it would be a $9.99 additional fee for using a card to pay, which the owner also failed to mention. $300 for a rental?!? I have never had to pay so much for a rental tux that was worn for one day! That's a month's worth of groceries nowadays. Please save your money and go somewhere else where they appreciate your hard earned money and patrionage. Never again.

It was extremely wrinkled and I asked why. He explained that all they do is just wash the comforter and toss it in a bag. Something I could have done from my home. Secondly, recycling paper, metal, certain plastics, and glass often uses less energy and conserves natural resources. In Rutherford County, a network of recycling centers exist to service the entire county. There is one convenience center for the city of Murfreesboro. City residents can use the one near downtown or any of the county centers as city residents are also county residents. This facility is clean and well-maintained. I did not have any questions or issues but if I did, an attendant was there to assist me. Large and small containers are identified with signs so you know what material goes where. It is a self-service facility where you would take your items and deposit them yourself. I've found that recycling has reduces the amount of trash in my garbage can by over 50%, so it is not small potatoes. Recycling makes sense!
