Both my wife and I first visited Dr. Graham a couple of weeks ago and as we work with a physician ourselves may have a better understanding of how the medical world work than the previous reviewer may have had.
While I can certainly understand her frustration, unless a physician is licensed in another state they can't write a Rx for that state. However, a patient can take that Rx and take it to a "chain pharmacy" (Walgreens, etc.) where the Rx can be picked up at their location in another state.
As far as our experience we found the staff very helpful (despite their computer being difficult to navigate!). With regard to Dr. Graham we found him personable with good humor and bedside manner.
The only glitch I observed was with regard to scheduling issues, with other patients coming in and finding their appointment had been moved due to other appointments running over. This happens in our office as well, and does irk them, but they understand the provider would take more time than scheduled with them when necessary.
Their office provides a lot a free samples too! read more
