My problem is with the billing dept. My wife has needed an allergy shot every month for the last year. Before starting we were told that they could administer the shots there or we could probably do it ourselves if we felt confident doing so, and if they did it it would only be a minimal amount. That turned out not to be the case, as the doctor pointed out fine print in the RX that it needed to be done in a medical setting. That was fine until the first bill. We were charged $52 for 5 minutes of a nurses time. That is more than the co-pay to see the doctor for a visit. After some talking an arrangement was made to charge ONLY $30. But every time I have to argue with billing to remind them of that arrangement. This time my wife went alone and was charged $80, 30 for the nurse and 50 for a co-pay. And she never saw the doctor. Sadly, that is the last straw and we are through with this office. Is money needed so badly that the billing department has to rake patients over the coals to squeeze every possible dollar from them?

She stated she could not sign it because it was federal and she would be audited. I asked her why if that was what was wrong me. She refused to sign it and instead did a biopsy of one of the spots. She still came me more prescriptions for psoriasis even through it was evident that was not the problem. The biopsy came back that I DID NOT HAVE PSORIASIS. THEY NEVER CALLED AND APOLOGIZED AND TRIED TO HELP ME. I did go to another doctor and they did blood work and figured out what was wrong. Do not waste your money on this doctor.

My fiancé had a work related injury that he was seen here for and later when he had issues with his work essentially wanting to refuse him the time off the doctor said he needed (on paper) due to his PPE being the issue for his injury and it needing time to heal, he was given the run around for two days in a row. His work tried to assist in filing his claim and was told they don't deal with workmans comp claims and hung up on. Extremely rude staff. My fiancé finally was able to get ahold of the doctor and who then stated in a hurried tone that he wouldn't say it happened at work even though he knew it did as that's why we came there and then refused to list the info on paper. The end of the conversation went like this: Him- "So you're telling me that if I chop my finger off at work, and I come to you to be treated, you're going to tell me that this injury didn't happen at work?" Doctor- "Yes" Him- "So if this injury didn't happen at work where did it happen at?" Doctor- "I can't say" Are you kidding? Is this a medical secret or something? And you went to school how many years?! This doctor is so unethical it's not even funny. Backpedaling to avoid whatever issues he may have to face because he saw someone who was injured and it was work related but apparently they "don't do workman's comp" so he leaves his patient having to scramble to find a new doctor for a follow up? He accepted our money, insurance, and treated him though. Horrible. I personally never liked him anyways but this was the nail in the coffin.

Katie, Kaylee and Dr. Shadfar are all absolutely the best at what they do, and make for a truly incredible team. This team got me in for a same-day appointment after a Mohs procedure. I did not know to expect to need plastic surgery after, and they did a wonderful job of getting me in quickly, then bringing me up to speed. They were gracious, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. This was my first of several interactions and I knew right away I was in excellent hands. My procedure went very well, with minimal pain and bruising. I had one concern, on Day 3, which also happened to be the Saturday before Easter. Dr. Graham immediately stated the huge knot on the side of my leg needed to be drained and he stated he could do it. After giving me a shot in the area to numb it, he proceeded to drain it. I felt immediate relief & he prescribed an antibiotic before I left. I had been to Dr. Graham a few years before & at that visit he noticed a birthmark under my arm and stated it showed markers for cancer & needed biopsies, which he did with negative results. Both times I've seen this doctor, he has gone above & beyond my expectations. I appreciate that he is thorough and professional & I would definitely recommend him. I was not taken seriously, and since receiving a proper diagnosis from my PCP, I have called this office 4 times with no return call from medical staff. Very disappointed. I feel like I was nice, until I was ignored over and over, then told I would be charged a late fee for a cancellation made within the current 24 hours we are in. This office needs to call and discuss serious medical care with their patients. I even have some possible cancer spots that need removed and not hearing one word from your office does not make me confident in coming back there for care.
