I came with my Mom here to get some massages and it was amazing. This is truly a hidden gem. Tony and Ruby are true professionals and took care of us while targeting our areas of stress. This hands down was the best massage we have had in a long time. This will now be our go to from now on. The atmosphere was relaxing, the temperature of the massage beds were nice and warm and they both made sure to ask us throughout our massage if the pressure was ok. Parking is available in the underground garage and the stairs take you right on up. We will definitely be back!!

Came here for a couples combination massage not knowing what to expect. Booking an appointment was easy and the ladies are very nice. Space is clean, calming and there is free parking. Compared to other places in the area, they have decent prices. The massage was more painful than relaxing. My masseuse did get out my knots in my back but I felt like I was walking out bruised more than relaxed. I'm not sure if this is normal for all massages but I felt slightly violated at certain parts of the massage. I take it as an accident but she grazed the edge of my private area twice. At one point it felt like she was touching my behind area that shouldn't be touched. Again, I understand it's a massage and most likely an accident, it was just a really uncomfortable feeling. Two things I didn't like at all: 1. She gave me a facial massage, after touching my feet and other areas. I understand if it was part of the massage but I feel like that should be disclosed as an option. There is no slip, so my face was being dragged around. Tugging at dry skin causes wrinkles and does more harm than good. 2. She pressed REALLY hard into my pelvis that it STILL hurts even after 24 hours. Is that normal? She pressed directly on the sides of my private areas where my ovaries are. This hurt SO BAD. Is this normal for a thai massage? because I've never heard about this before. I had to tell her again that I didn't want that. (the above was not done to my bf, only me. We booked the same service and were in the same room but we seemed to have completely different services). Overall the massage was still nice as she got out all of my knots in the areas needed. She was also really attentive in terms of getting my hair in the way. I really REALLY wanted to like this place because the ladies are so nice and friendly. I just wished they explained or disclosed more about the process/steps. We should've been walked through each process and what points are going to be triggered. The pelvis area hurt so much, it's been 26hrs + since the massage and it STILL hurts. a woman's ovaries should not feel that type of direct pressure. It felt like the equivalent of a man being kicked down there. I'm really upset about this. This definitely should've been disclosed as it's a HIGHLY SENSITIVE AREA. We asked them the difference between each, but no additional info was provided, only that it's a combination between two massages. If I knew that a facial massage and a pelvic press was included I would have opted out of it.

I had a gift certificate for almost a year and I was waiting to go, and I finally was able to make my way over to Silverlake spa and it was a great experience. I do a lot of running and CrossFit for my muscles were really sore. My technician was very strong and experienced, and the bed was really warm. It was very pleasurable and really helped my muscles to release a lot of of the lactic acid. The location is a little difficult as it's on that triple corner of Virgil, Temple and Silverlake Boulevard but once you're in the plaza, there's free easy parking and there's other good businesses within the plaza. The spa is very serene. I definitely recommend.

I was waiting for my daughter to get out of her concert at the Wiltern so we thought it would be amazing to get massages. We found this hidden gem that happened to be open until 10pm. The sweetest couple ran the place. We got a couples a massage. The place is very small, but it was a great experience. They both asked us where the trouble spots were and worked really hard on getting our knots out. I'd totally go back if I'm in the area. Parking is limited but there is a parking garage down below. Just note: they do close the gates below at 9pm so we ended up parking in 30 min parking.

Private Massage Room - 60 min deep tissue massage

Had a great 60 min deep tissue massage with medium/hard pressure! The facility and room was very clean, and I left feeling 200% better than when I walked in. I booked through ClassPass & would definitely suggest if you're in the area.

Charged $55 this morning for canceling due to an emergency (I have an epileptic dog who was having seizures yesterday morning.)

I came here a few weeks ago because I hadn't been able to use my ClassPass credits the previous month and had quite a few to use up. The best way to use them is through wellness options and I really needed a massage. I booked a 120 minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing. I was really planning to start coming here every other week because their prices are amazing too! Unfortunately, I have an epileptic doggo and he started having seizures yesterday morning. I can't leave him for several hours after having one because he often times has them in clusters and he could really get hurt. I called around 9:45 the first time and the woman who answered told me she couldn't help me and that I would need to speak to the owner. I am also a business owner in the health and wellness field who also utilizes classpass for clients. I know how it works. I called a few more times later with no answer and finally got a hold of another woman again in the late afternoon. I explained what the situation was from earlier that day and she said she would call the owner and talk to him, she even took my name and number. Nothing. This morning I got the late charge from classpass. I would have been more than happy to reschedule this massage through the business and pay them the $140 directly for the massage and then continue to book regularly through classpass because I was truly having an emergency situation. As a business owner myself, when my clients call me like this, I am more than understanding because life happens. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I was even telling my clients about this place (even though I have an in-house massage therapist) because so often I have classpass clients in the same situation needing to use unused credits before they expire. Absolutely will not be doing that anymore and will find another place to use my credits.

My fiancé and I came here for an aromatherapy couples massage thanks to a deal I found on Groupon. From the moment I called to make an appointment one day in advance to the moment we left the spa, the customer service we received was kind and gentle. The space itself is calming and relaxing, and everything we received in the massage package was exactly what we needed. There is also free parking which is a plus. We will be back!

The spa offered shorts for men, so my husband utilized the co-ed hot tubs. He said he was the only person in the co-ed area and men's side. In the women's area, where they had the hit tubs, women are nude. So, it's a little stressful at first because I never been to a spa where people are nude. But, I eventually got comfortable and enjoyed the hot tubs. The women's are that had the clay room, salt room, and sauna required robes. That area was so relaxing. The clay area was my favorite.

From the moment my treatment began, the body scrub attendant's demeanor felt cold and unwelcoming. Her tone of voice came across as harsh, and when she spoke to me, it was loud enough that other guests looked over. Since everyone is undressed during these treatments, that made me feel especially uncomfortable and vulnerable. The body scrub itself was much rougher than I expected. I wasn't asked whether the water temperature was comfortable, and the pressure felt unnecessarily aggressive rather than relaxing. I left feeling more sore than refreshed, which isn't what I expect from a spa treatment. This was also the second month in a row that I was assigned to the same body scrub attendant, even though I've never had her before and had always been treated by someone else in the usual wet room. It struck me as unusual, especially since I had previously noticed her speaking very harshly to other staff members. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it's taken constructively. I truly enjoy this spa overall, but I hope more attention is given to making every guest feel comfortable, respected, and cared for during their treatment.

It feels like they have been using the same nasty towels they've had since they opened. The towels are thinned out and have stains and discoloration. You can really feel the age and I've found hair stuck to them on a few occasions. (Long blond hair that I don't have) We need more larger towels to be more readily available. Robes are rarely available and if you find one, often they are missing the ties and feel oddly sticky. The facility needs better signs that emphasize the spa rules. Mainly that YOU MUST .... Unfortunately, our visit today was so disappointing that we decided to leave almost immediately. After showering, we went to the women's jacuzzi and realized it wasn't working. We let a staff member know, and all she said was that the button was broken, it was no longer in service, and that we should go to the front desk. There was no apology or effort to offer a solution. When we spoke with Levante at the front desk, he was understanding and professional, just as he always is. He greeted us kindly, listened to our concern, and let us know that since we had just arrived, we could receive a refund. We appreciated his customer service. While we went back to get changed so that we could leave, our experience took a turn for the worse. When we got back to the front, Jason, the janitor, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of trying to help or speak respectfully, he said, "You've only been here 9 times, and there's nothing we can do for you." His comment was unnecessary, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. As paying customers, we expected to be treated with courtesy, not spoken to in that manner. The issue wasn't just that the jacuzzi was out of service-things break. The bigger problem was the lack of communication and the way we were treated afterward. If a major amenity is unavailable, customers should be informed before paying. And no employee, regardless of their position, should speak to guests disrespectfully. Thank you to Levante for being professional and helpful, but because of the poor handling of the situation and Jason's rude behavior, this visit left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses both the communication around out-of-service amenities and the way customers are treated. REPLY TO THEIR RESPONSE : First, of all 10 to 15 minutes after arriving, we approached the front desk to report the issue. Our primary reason for visiting your facility is to use the women's jacuzzi; had we been told a refund was not possible, we would not have rushed to shower and exit. When we returned to the front desk, we waited several minutes for Jason. Rather than listening to our explanation, Jason approached us with a very poor, rude attitude. We spent another 20 minutes trying to resolve the matter with him.To be clear, I never initially demanded a full refund. I only expected one because your own staff member offered it to us. Given the misinformation and the poor service we experienced, I am simply asking for a $10 discount credit toward a future visit. I strongly encourage management to properly train staff on company policies and take accountability for the conflicting information provided by your team. It's frustrating to see so many companies automatically defend their employees instead of taking the time to genuinely investigate customer complaints. Too often, it feels like the focus is on avoiding negative reviews rather than determining what actually happened. The reality is that businesses and employees make mistakes. When multiple customers share similar negative experiences, it's difficult to believe that every one of them is inaccurate. Instead of dismissing complaints or becoming defensive, companies should take them seriously, investigate them fairly, and hold employees accountable when necessary. Owning mistakes and addressing them is what builds trust and credibility. Customers are much more likely to respect a business that acknowledges when something went wrong and takes meaningful steps to improve, rather than one that automatically shifts blame or dismisses legitimate concerns.

The entire facility was very well kept and organized, and we enjoyed all the rooms immensely. Our favorite was the large heated jade floor, it's the perfect spot for a nap! Everything was well stocked, there were plenty of towels, robes, snacks, and drinks ready. In the main wet area they also had cold lavender towels freshly available. Their bathrooms were great, and they have a huge vanity with hairdryers and basic items for when you were ready to leave. Both the shoe lockers and personal item lockers were secure and we had no issue or concerns with our belongings, but I did bring my Doc Martin's and had to spend a few minutes fitting them into a shoe locker. (This was my mistake) The edible amenities were good, most of the snacks were prepackaged (granola bars, instant ramen, popcorn, trail mix) but they restocked frequently. They also had cold water, barley tea, and hot water with tea packets at the ready. The GA spa price is great for what you get, I can't comment on what it was before but the experience was worth the $60. It's a great place to bounce between relaxing rooms and have a great time with beloved gal pals. No pictures since phone usage is discouraged as everyone is nude, but I will definitely be back with more friends next time I'm in LA.

I've been coming to Olympic Spa for over 15 years. I've been a regular monthly client and have even…read morebeen a member, which is why this experience was so disappointing. As I write this review, I'm sitting in my car in the 90-degree heat because the front desk told me I couldn't come in 30 minutes before my spa appointment and would need to wait outside until exactly noon. It's honestly hard to believe that this is how a loyal customer is treated at a place that's supposed to be about relaxation and wellness. The rigid and inconsistent check-in policies have completely taken the relaxation out of what is supposed to be a spa day. On one visit, I arrived about an hour late for my spa day and was told I had missed the check-in window. Not only did I lose my original reservation, but I had to pay another deposit to book again. I still don't understand the logic. A spa day doesn't involve a technician waiting for you--it's simply access to the facility--so the extreme rigidity over timing makes very little sense. Another time, I arrived an hour early and was told I was too early and needed to come back only 30 minutes before my appointment. So this time, I followed their instructions exactly. I arrived 30 minutes before my 12:00 p.m. appointment, only to be told I wasn't allowed inside because check-in wasn't until noon. When I asked if they really expected me to sit in my hot car and wait, the answer was yes. So here I am, sitting in my car in the heat, writing this review while I wait for the clock to strike noon. What disappoints me most isn't just the policy--it's the complete lack of empathy or customer service. Every interaction feels rigid and transactional, with no willingness to use common sense or make a loyal customer feel welcome. After being told previously that I had to arrive 30 minutes early, I did exactly that, only to be turned away. The inconsistency is incredibly frustrating. I do want to recognize Angela at the front desk, who has always been kind, welcoming, and professional. Every interaction I've had with her has been wonderful, and she's the exception. Unfortunately, I'll probably continue coming because I genuinely love the spa itself. If there were another Korean spa that offered the same experience, I would seriously consider switching. The facilities are excellent, but the front desk experience consistently leaves me feeling like the staff simply doesn't care about the customer experience. After more than 15 years of loyalty, I expected to be treated like a valued guest, not an inconvenience. A spa should leave you feeling relaxed--not frustrated before you even walk through the door.
