Came here for a couples combination massage not knowing what to expect. Booking an appointment was easy and the ladies are very nice. Space is clean, calming and there is free parking. Compared to other places in the area, they have decent prices. The massage was more painful than relaxing. My masseuse did get out my knots in my back but I felt like I was walking out bruised more than relaxed. I'm not sure if this is normal for all massages but I felt slightly violated at certain parts of the massage. I take it as an accident but she grazed the edge of my private area twice. At one point it felt like she was touching my behind area that shouldn't be touched. Again, I understand it's a massage and most likely an accident, it was just a really uncomfortable feeling. Two things I didn't like at all: 1. She gave me a facial massage, after touching my feet and other areas. I understand if it was part of the massage but I feel like that should be disclosed as an option. There is no slip, so my face was being dragged around. Tugging at dry skin causes wrinkles and does more harm than good. 2. She pressed REALLY hard into my pelvis that it STILL hurts even after 24 hours. Is that normal? She pressed directly on the sides of my private areas where my ovaries are. This hurt SO BAD. Is this normal for a thai massage? because I've never heard about this before. I had to tell her again that I didn't want that. (the above was not done to my bf, only me. We booked the same service and were in the same room but we seemed to have completely different services). Overall the massage was still nice as she got out all of my knots in the areas needed. She was also really attentive in terms of getting my hair in the way. I really REALLY wanted to like this place because the ladies are so nice and friendly. I just wished they explained or disclosed more about the process/steps. We should've been walked through each process and what points are going to be triggered. The pelvis area hurt so much, it's been 26hrs + since the massage and it STILL hurts. a woman's ovaries should not feel that type of direct pressure. It felt like the equivalent of a man being kicked down there. I'm really upset about this. This definitely should've been disclosed as it's a HIGHLY SENSITIVE AREA. We asked them the difference between each, but no additional info was provided, only that it's a combination between two massages. If I knew that a facial massage and a pelvic press was included I would have opted out of it.

I came with my Mom here to get some massages and it was amazing. This is truly a hidden gem. Tony and Ruby are true professionals and took care of us while targeting our areas of stress. This hands down was the best massage we have had in a long time. This will now be our go to from now on. The atmosphere was relaxing, the temperature of the massage beds were nice and warm and they both made sure to ask us throughout our massage if the pressure was ok. Parking is available in the underground garage and the stairs take you right on up. We will definitely be back!!

I had a gift certificate for almost a year and I was waiting to go, and I finally was able to make my way over to Silverlake spa and it was a great experience. I do a lot of running and CrossFit for my muscles were really sore. My technician was very strong and experienced, and the bed was really warm. It was very pleasurable and really helped my muscles to release a lot of of the lactic acid. The location is a little difficult as it's on that triple corner of Virgil, Temple and Silverlake Boulevard but once you're in the plaza, there's free easy parking and there's other good businesses within the plaza. The spa is very serene. I definitely recommend.

I was waiting for my daughter to get out of her concert at the Wiltern so we thought it would be amazing to get massages. We found this hidden gem that happened to be open until 10pm. The sweetest couple ran the place. We got a couples a massage. The place is very small, but it was a great experience. They both asked us where the trouble spots were and worked really hard on getting our knots out. I'd totally go back if I'm in the area. Parking is limited but there is a parking garage down below. Just note: they do close the gates below at 9pm so we ended up parking in 30 min parking.

Private Massage Room - 60 min deep tissue massage

Had a great 60 min deep tissue massage with medium/hard pressure! The facility and room was very clean, and I left feeling 200% better than when I walked in. I booked through ClassPass & would definitely suggest if you're in the area.

Charged $55 this morning for canceling due to an emergency (I have an epileptic dog who was having seizures yesterday morning.)

I came here a few weeks ago because I hadn't been able to use my ClassPass credits the previous month and had quite a few to use up. The best way to use them is through wellness options and I really needed a massage. I booked a 120 minute deep tissue massage and it was amazing. I was really planning to start coming here every other week because their prices are amazing too! Unfortunately, I have an epileptic doggo and he started having seizures yesterday morning. I can't leave him for several hours after having one because he often times has them in clusters and he could really get hurt. I called around 9:45 the first time and the woman who answered told me she couldn't help me and that I would need to speak to the owner. I am also a business owner in the health and wellness field who also utilizes classpass for clients. I know how it works. I called a few more times later with no answer and finally got a hold of another woman again in the late afternoon. I explained what the situation was from earlier that day and she said she would call the owner and talk to him, she even took my name and number. Nothing. This morning I got the late charge from classpass. I would have been more than happy to reschedule this massage through the business and pay them the $140 directly for the massage and then continue to book regularly through classpass because I was truly having an emergency situation. As a business owner myself, when my clients call me like this, I am more than understanding because life happens. A little kindness and understanding goes a long way. I was even telling my clients about this place (even though I have an in-house massage therapist) because so often I have classpass clients in the same situation needing to use unused credits before they expire. Absolutely will not be doing that anymore and will find another place to use my credits.

My fiancé and I came here for an aromatherapy couples massage thanks to a deal I found on Groupon. From the moment I called to make an appointment one day in advance to the moment we left the spa, the customer service we received was kind and gentle. The space itself is calming and relaxing, and everything we received in the massage package was exactly what we needed. There is also free parking which is a plus. We will be back!

I think I was lucky to get a same day appointment. That said I'd recommend calling at least a few days in advance. Richard is located in K-town on the third floor of an older building. The parking lot is safe and free. Once you pull into the lot, security guards will tell you where to park. Richard started the session by asking a few questions to better understand my needs, sensitivity, and preferences. He used multiple techniques, communicated throughout the session, and is simply a master of massage. It's difficult to describe exactly what he does because it's a combination of acupressure, shiatsu, and deep tissue. Let's just say this isn't one of those relaxing Swedish massage type situations where you fall asleep. Richard intuitively works out tight muscles and really gets to the core of the tension. All I can say is I feel so much better and lighter after just one session. Highly recommend! LOCATION: 5/5 SERVICE: 5/5 VALUE: 5/5 AMBIANCE: 4/5 CLEANLINESS: 5/5 PARKING: 5/5

I stand for long periods of time and drive for long periods of time for work and my body gets knotted up and stiff pretty quickly. But Richard worked out a lot of knots, even from areas I didn't realize that had them! He is visually impaired which makes this even more awesome because his sense of touch and intuition is stronger! He does ask that first time patients pay ahead to secure their spot because a lot of times people don't show up. And when I finished my massage someone called to make an appointment and claimed that they sent him the money but instead they just sent a screen shot, instead of him getting a confirmation text from Zelle. So he asked me and I confirmed that they did not pay and it is only a screen shot. So please don't do this man like that. He is a diamond in the rough and his prices are VERY reasonable for the type of massage you get! I will be returning next week to get more of this facia broken down!

This is great if you want it quiet. Not a place you come with a bunch of friends that want to socialize. $3 validated parking for the Central Plaza parking garage right across from it. Came when they had 50% off admission which was $25 but seemed overpriced if you are a guy. Pros: -Unlimited Reishi mushroom tea. They also have water and coffee everywhere. -Large sized towel, robe, slippers in the locker. -3 jacuzzis (Himalayan salt, alkaline, citrus) , wet sauna (love that it's like a fog/mist and not shower sprayers!), dry sauna, and 3 specialized rooms (Infrared, salt, and mud room w small heated balls which was my favorite). All was great, but wish there was a cold pool in the women's area too. Cons/Room for improvement: -Though they now have a clothed, co-ed section, it is underwhelming. -The jacuzzi was warm, not hot. -There was a waterfall pool but was very shallow and also just warm. -Cold Plunge is a 5 ft. deep pool that had a rickety ladder to get in/out of. It would've been nice if it had a seat. -The wet and dry saunas were off and took a while to turn on, but never got hot. My guy friend gave feedback on the men's locker room: -no restroom inside -no sinks inside - no sit down showers which the women's side has If I were a guy, I wouldn't come just for the spa as it just feels like a side amenity. I travel often and always try to book a massage wherever I go, so I've had my fair share of experiences in different cities and styles of bodywork. That said, I have never had a lymphatic massage before coming here and I can honestly say it's made a huge impact on my overall health and well-being. The relief I've felt in my shoulders, neck, and back has been incredible. Jessica's approach goes far beyond surface-level tension; her work supports deeper healing by addressing the nervous system, inflammation, and the stress that gets stored in the body over time. After every session, I walk out feeling like she's given me a brand new body -- lighter, pain-free, and more in tune with itself. My sleep has improved. My energy is more consistent. And most surprisingly, my eczema (which I've had since childhood) responded to her treatment in a way I've never experienced. One particular patch that had been stubborn for months is now virtually gone. I was floored. I'm incredibly grateful I found this place.
