The salon is lovely, lots of friendly chatter but still maintaining a quiet & serene atmosphere. Tanya did a fantastic job on my hair. She fixed most of the mishaps and was a true professional with my crazy cowlicks. We chatted as you do and I learned a little about her, which was fun. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend the salon & Tanya!!

What I expected to be a regular appointment turned into nearly seven hours of patience, teamwork, and genuine effort to get my hair as close as possible to the look I wanted. Dale-Ann was kind, talented, and never made me feel rushed. Both Dale-Ann and Erica went above and beyond while still protecting the health of my hair. They even added hair tinsel at no charge, which was such a sweet surprise. I also purchased the Aveda products they recommended because I want to properly care for my hair after all the work they put into it. I'm so grateful for their time, honesty, and dedication. I left feeling beautiful, cared for, and truly appreciated. Thank you, Dale-Ann and Erica! Highly recommend!

That transformation alone deserves five stars. But let's talk about Jenn the Michelangelo of fades, the Queen of Clippers, the undisputed best barber in Nevada County (sorry to everyone else, I don't make the rules). Jenn didn't just give me a haircut. She gave me: * therapy * life advice * a perfectly symmetrical hairline * and possibly a new sense of purpose At one point I think she even aligned my chakras with a trimmer. My wife saw my haircut and asked if I had secretly hired a stylist from LA. No, babe... just Jenn. Our local hero. I'm convinced she could cut hair in the dark, blindfolded, during an earthquake, on roller skates, and it would still come out clean. If you go anywhere else in the county, that's a personal choice and possibly a cry for help.
