I was sent to Silver Creek physical therapy in Gilroy , CA Joseph larva was my therapist. I was in the car accident when I first got there he understood that I was in a lot of pain. He showed me things to do at home to help me out with the pain and movement. Along with the rest of the staff, they were friendly the facility was clean and they if I ever need therapy I definitely will come back to Silver Creek. Our client seriously injured related to MVA (motor vehicle accident). An M.D. from Comprehensive Spine and Sport recommended Physical Therapy. Our client did a few treatment sessions already at Silver Creek PT. However, today (01/06/2021), there was an accident on the freeway, which made our client's appointment late. The physical therapist refused to see our client. Please note that our client and I attempted to notify Silver Creek PT - Gilroy of the incident on freeway, and we kept getting auto voice message machine. (Phone # that we called several attempts 408-846-6000 (no use). We referred our client else where for ongoing medical treatment. Best of luck to you that need medical care. read more

This is the best PT establishment I've ever been to and I've been a frequent flyer. They are caring, knowledgeable and watch how you are doing exercises to ensure correct form. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience. First appointment for the evaluation was with a therapist who informed me at the end of the appointment that he was leaving and it was his last week and that next time I would see someone else. Made no sense as I had been asked to be on a program. Spent 150 dollars for nothing. As there are very few therapists left, the new therapist did not have much availability and got an appointment after 10 days. The appointment was very disappointing and I did not learn anything new. I do hope that the team can get back to the quality and standards that is expected of this facility read more

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! I can not stress that enough. Just finished ALL 12 visits! I was recommended with Bruce, to whom I also would recommend! I worked with Ryan a few times! He's pleasant as well! They are great. Ryan has taken good care of my shoulder after surgery. I worked with Bruce once, too. They are both very knowledgeable. They don't waste any time. My appointments are about an hour and every minute of that time is therapy. Their assistants, Alex and Jenna, are both good as well. i went to this facility one time was told that I owe out of pocket $100.00, now for three months they keep billing me and additional $22.76. I spoke with the accounts receivable department explained that the out of pocket was $100.00 and was told that that was just an estimate, Really! Then I was told if I don't pay the additional $22.76 The would hit my credit report. Know this its not the $22.76 its the fact I was told one thing and the outcome was different, I was not told the Hundred dollars was an estimate, so beware when going here you may receive an additional bill..........WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!! read more
