After dad was released from Stanford ICU, he stayed at a vent facility-Aberwood Gardens in Saratoga across from Prospect High for a little over a year. He then transferred to Windsor Garden in Salinas and was able to go home occasionally because by then we had a ventilator at home. He then moved to Care Meridian where they only accept private/VA insurance.

I previously had been to several physical therapists through the years because of knee and back injuries. So I had a point of reference and comparison. My surgeon had also recommended this group. The staff are remarkable, competent, professional, and goal oriented individuals. They have the proper equipment to perform full range of exercises/therapy needed, the atmosphere is friendly and community oriented. The therapists, owners, staff all work together as a team, they are innovative and personalize your therapy plan to meet your individual needs. I received exceptional therapy and I am on my way to feeling like I did 10 years ago! They also worked with my surgeon to optimize my treatment plan and coordinated insurance/approval (this is so very important so individuals aren't left with outstanding bills because their insurance carriers have not been properly billed and hence not paid).
