Best...they have a massage chair while you wait for crowns! We have had work done by both doctors at the practice and they are top notch. Billing practices are shady at best. Got almost a year of treatment leading up to Invisaligners. My insurance gives me a 25% discount. I asked about it and was brushed off. the whole reason I went there in the first place was because they accepted my insuranc. Payed 1250$ more than I should have. Then did not get treatment in any kind of a timely manner. Then Linda starting overcharging me for cleanings and no one let me have my two free yearly cleanings. My cleaning should have been 62$, first they tried charging me 137, then 84, then 75. It makes question everything about them. I asked for clarification, I presented their email to my insurance and they said Stonehaven could not have been more wrong. I would not recommend. They fail to call you back on important issues or not in a timely manner. Stay away. I have all information timelines and all emails and texts. This isn't just being upset, I'm not mad. Just want to inform folks so they can make an informed decision. Good luck with providers out there like these. Sorry, not sorry!

I was going to get home in the evening and had to fly out the morning. The tooth was sensitive and we called to see if they could look at it that night. After making some calls to decide which dentist and which assistant would stay to help, they scheduled me for 6:30 in the evening, right when I would get off of the commuter train from the airport. They anticipated that they would have to do some work and make a whole new crown (2.5 hour procedure), but they were willing to do it for me. When I arrived, they welcomed me in with smiles and it turned out in the end that it we were able to use my previous crown and it took less than an hour! I was off the next morning to Boston for my conference. No pain and a full set of teeth. Thank you, thank you, Cougar Dental!!!
