Sadly, one chronic problem is the OVER-sell by greedy dentists who are the only ones who know what work is really needed verses what's superfluous and simply profitable for them. I have NEVER had this concern with Dr. Bonny. I also find him extremely competent and very creative when it comes to recognizing and addressing dental issues. He is very efficient and treats me like a human being that he cares about. His staff is the same way. You can feel the admiration of his employees for the quality of care they are providing as a TEAM. What more can I say? My wife and I decided to give them a try and are so glad we did. The reception staff are very caring and professional. Dr. Jon Chisholm, the dentist who treated us, made certain that I would experience zero pain as he corrected the problem. They always do their best to work with my schedule and go the extra mile to make things easy! If we have to come back for extra work it's done well, and we appreciate them! They always do a great job, from the cleaning to any other work that needs done! We are lifetime patients here and appreciate Dr. Brockbank and his staff so much! The negative review I see here seems to be finding excuses and making some things up because the doctor went after him for not paying his bill. If he was so bad at his job I can't imagine seeing so many overwhelming amazing reviews on Google. He has done extensive work on my wife and has done a phenomenal job, and there was a time she had a recurring issue that she had to go back 3 or 4 times and he didn't charge us for follow up visits and fixed it. We pay our bills and don't make excuses though, so I guess honesty and dishonesty goes both ways! My experience with the staff has been amazing. They put the needs and care of the patient first. The personable feelings I get from going there make me feel like my dental health and well being are always their priority. Dr. Storey is the most kind, knowledgeable, honest, and caring dentist (and he isn't bad to look at either). He came highly recommended from friends and family. I drive quite a distance to have my dental work done there and it is totally worth the trip. I can tell you that he is the best dentist ever when giving shots because he has a way of making them not hurt. He asks constantly during treatment how you are feeling and the staff always asks if they can do anything for me while I am there. This type of care is very different from the other dental offices I have gone to that just run you through like cattle. I have had cavities, root canals, crowns, and a bridge and the work I get is second to none. I have never had any of the procedures fail but I am very fanatical about keeping my teeth cleaned and flossed because Dr. Storey instructed me that my dental care has bearing on the longevity on his work. It is a partnership between my dentist and me and I think we make a great team. And their equipment is the latest and greatest!!! They can do a crown in the same day! Who knew!!! They also answer my cosmetic dental questions with ideas. But it is ultimately my decision on what is done. I had to call the day before my appointment because I didn't know about it till then to cancel. The receptionist told me I would be charged $60 as a cancelation fee, (because I didn't give them a full 24 hrs notice). Ridiculous! I've also tried calling a couple times during regular business hours and nobody has answered. The dentist may be good but their office and policies aren't worth it.
