Their array of crystals, jewelry and decorative items are nicely arranged and I basically want it all! Nice staff who greeted us and were happy to answer any questions. Prices were a little higher than I was hoping but to be fair, you're in a small local shop that's in town off the beaten path. The fact that such a unique and fun shop exists in a little town like Fort Bragg is pretty cool. Definitely add them to your shopping adventures when you're in Mendocino County. They're down a side street off Main and there's plenty of free parking and other shops and cafes to visit and round out your Fort Bragg visit.

The owner Drea greeted me and we chatted. I ended up purchasing so many great items, including my favorite pair of lounge pants that she had saved for herself but pulled them from behind the counter and sold them to me. I almost didn't accept them but I was in love with them. So much so I came back 6 months later(I primary residence TX) and purchased 4 more pairs in different colors. During this purchase I met *Brittini. She is fabulous. Helpful bright and cheerful. Even though I am only there every 3/6 months she remembers me. I recently bought a dress that I am in with. Marilyn immediately got right to business. She didn't try to oversell me or push me toward something I didn't need--she simply listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a pair that worked for me. There was quite a selection to choose from and she really made this process seem easy and pleasant. It's obvious Marilyn knows her optics. I don't know if she's the owner or a partner, but she certainly knows how to take care of her customers. She was warm, welcoming, and, most importantly, patient. She took the time to help me even though it was a busy day. And yes, I should probably mention that I did end up buying a pair of binoculars--and I'm very happy with them! I also expected to pay a premium for what I purchased simply because of the location. To my surprise, when I got home to check reviews, I also found out there wasn't any crazy markup. There was none. I already felt like I had won by finding a quality product while traveling, only to discover I didn't have to pay the "tourist tax" for it. NICE! This tells me they're not exploiting their customers when they obviously could. Even if there had been a premium, Marilyn was such a genuinely friendly person that I wouldn't have thought twice about it. Great customer service goes a long way. And, not being completely selfish, we were also able to pick up a few things for our kiddo, who wasn't with us on the trip. There were so many interesting things to choose from that could keep a kid--or a young engineer--busy for quite a while. It is small but displays a wide variety of art venues from paper construction, photography, painting, natural objects, jewelry and more. The executions are exciting, different and intriguing. Staff are friendly and generous with their time. It was a very postive experience.

There were some very nice…read morepieces, in particular some done in papier mache, and one very nice work that involved paint and what appeared to be a very old and dilapidated window, with panes in various states of well-being. We had a nice conversation with the partner in the gallery about her art and about other things artistic, and enjoyed the visit very much.

We worked…read morethrough all of the details by email and phone, including selecting the style, diamonds, metals and so forth. It was all done long distance so we were a little nervous, but when we received the rings we were blown away! He did a wonderful job on them and they are really something special. His craftsmanship is top notch. We dropped by his shop the day of our wedding to meet him in person and have him polish our rings. We can't say enough about how happy we are that we chose Chris to make this very significant symbol of our special day.
