Last year they tried to increase my price by 50% and I was able to go in and have them fix it. This year they increased it again, charging me without notice. When I went to have them fix it they said they are no longer honoring founders pricing. I visit the gym maybe once every month or two it's just not worth it at that point so I canceled. The bait and switch tactic really is unprofessional.

Likewise he and I worked together to create realistic goals. Every day I walk out sore, but I guess that's a good thing. He also worked with me in terms of my nutrition so that I would still be able to eat what I want and see results. He would recommend things I should maybe include in my diet and a few things to exclude but overall there were no major changes. He also has a upbeat and enthusiastic personality. My dad also uses his services and loves his approach!

Doesn't hurt that he's easy on the eyes, too. And yet he's not a cheeseball or a jerk. He won't spend your time checking himself out in the mirror, like so many male personal trainers. I've seen him help people tone up and lose weight. But he also knows how to help someone like me, who didn't need to lose weight, but wanted to develop strength in a proportional, gender-appropriate manner. He helped me make that happen, and I'm pleased with the results.

I was worried it was going to be like on TV where these really bulked up guys yell at you while the rest of the gym stares as you struggle to do a single push up. But in reality, it's actually been great. I'm so glad we found James - it's only you training so nobody is starting at you, and he's a really nice guy. Also, he lets us bring our baby so we don't need to leave her with strangers. And honestly for what we have gotten, we feel like the price is very reasonable as well. After seeing him for a few months, both my husband and I have lost more than 20 pounds, our endurance and energy have improved, we understand what foods and lifestyle are good for weight loss, and we enjoy exercising more. I highly recommend!

Annnd just in case you didn't know, I'm not a fan I've driving in traffic! You can tell that every coach at OBF enjoy their jobs. They take their time to not only guide you through each workout but they go out of their way to make sure each individual is comfortable doing each exercise correctly. If need be, a different movement or lift can be subbed in. Hitting a PR and cheering you on to work harder is just as important as scaling when you need to OR slowing up the pace. They have Crossfit classes that include weightlifting lifts and various high intensity (HIT) workouts. There are also bootcamp classes to get your heart racing. Either (or both) classes are sure to keep you moving and shaking. Note : There are various classes in the a.m. and p.m. for both Crossfit and boot camp. There are showers upstairs if you need, great perk if you need to get to work after. Also, the parking lot is located within a shopping plaza with plenty of spaces. Added bonus: The staff and members are amazing! Everyone is super nice and fun. We not only help each other out, we crack jokes and plan social events. We are one giant team of friends cheering each other on in and outside of the gym. That makes all the gasping for air and sweating 1000 times more enjoyable!
