I hired Silly Sparkles for my son's 6th birthday party. She was responsive, flexible, and, most importantly, WONDERFUL with the kids. She did great balloon creatures and was very patient with the inevitable re-makes and balloon surgeries that followed since the party was outside and there were many accidents after the kids got them into their little hands. She did a cute little magic show that held their attention and that they really enjoyed as well. She was engaging for the older kids (age 5-8) and non-threatening to the shyer little kids (3 year olds). I'd never hired a clown before and it was kinda pricy, but she did a great job. Initially inquired about her services just 5 days out from our planned event. Though she was already booked, she was wonderful about referring us to other entertainment that she thought highly of. While we were considering those options, Silly Sparkles contacted us a couple of days later letting us know that her scheduled freed up if we were still finalizing our entertainment. We booked Silly Sparkles for our event and she was an absolute blast. The booking and payment process was a breeze (PayPal). She was punctual and kept all 30 kids at our party entertained for 2 full hours through face painting, a magic show, and balloon animals. I hired Silly Sparkles for my daughters 4th birthday party. She was referred to me by a friend who had hired her for her daughters party. My 6 year old son also went to a party where she was performing. I checked out her website and her prices were more than reasonable. Silly Sparkles arrived at our house on time, and with silly music playing as well. I'm not 100% sure how may kids showed up but there was definitely enough to drive me crazy (10+). I'm not sure how SS was able to keep her cool and stay in character the ENTIRE time. I was a little apprehensive about the time slot we booked with the amount of kids we had. We attended birthday party where there was a face painter (Not Silly Sparkles) and she took FOREVER so imagine my surprise with Sparkles was able to get all the kids face painted and painted nicely! She interacted with the kids, and was so patient. We had Santa come to the house before Christmas and the kids were more excited to see Sparkles than him! I don't know how to leave a review without sounding like a paid advertisement. All I can say is, the kids absolutely loved her. The moms at the party all commented on how awesome she was. My daughter who is also really shy really enjoyed her and talks about her being a her next party. I would without hesitation recommend her to other and book her again in a heartbeat! Silly Sparkles is awesome!! Her face painting is fantastic and her balloon making is incredible; really like nothing I've seen before. She arrived at my 5 year old daughters party early, even before we did, and was already busy setting up which was refreshing. The kids loved her and she looked the part too in her fun and colorful costume. The parents at the party were equally impressed with her super face painting and balloon twisting skills. We hired Silly Sparkles for our son's 1st birthday party. Based on the reviews we felt comfortable hiring her, booking and payment was very simple and convenient. The reason for the rating was more for her flexibility, positive attitude, service and entertainment. We had 20 children at the party, the kids at the party ranged from 1 all the way up to 12 years old, and they were all equally entertained. She did facepainting, a magic show and balloons; all of which the kids loved. She had the kid's attention from beginning to end which was at least an hour and a half. That was great since it allowed the adults to enjoy the party as well. I would gladly have Silly Sparkles back to any of our parties and would 100% recommend her. read more

She's awesome! My 4 yr old nephew and his friends LOVED her! She is great with children, she's a great face painter, and she's very sweet, so none of them was afraid of her.
