The membership agreement (contract law) states unused services are available up to 90 days from the date of termination, however, their membership associate, who obviously devoid of any any contract law knowledge, cited a phone conversation, that voided the 90 days from the confirmed cancellation date, and assigned an earlier cancellation date. Bottom line- poorly operated franchise, lacking fundamental skills and service.

I tell her I cancelled already twice and this is their mistake and I should be refunded. I'm told there is nothing they can do since there is no "notation" on my account of trying to cancel before. I also tell them my husband said he was not aware nor told that we have to be charged TWICE in order to cancel and they say that's not true but yet I'm being charged twice Due to their negligence. I'm sure they did this on purpose so they can make sure to screw you so they can get two charges out of you. Also they tell me if it canceled after the first time I used it I wouldn't have been charged bc it was in the first 30 days of the month and I say I did and I called the third time to cancel within the 30 days and I'm told "we charged you on the 13th even tho we signed up on the 17th and that was our billing day bexcuse when I cancelled in person the FIRST TIME I said to go ahead and charge me two days early because I'm cancelling! The line was silent and then said "I can't prove that was said and there is nothing they can do!"

Upon walking in, the place felt so clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and also smelled good! It's a spa built inside a boutique and there were some really cute clothing on sale. The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience. She also does extractions but I didn't have any to extract (lucky me!). I enjoyed our conversations and time with her! I literally can't stop touching my skin! I repeatedly ask if it would ding my credit. And was told no. Didn't have my reading glasses on but she assured me it was not a credit check. She did go over the fine print that said I had 24 hours to change my mind. Within 3 hours I contacted them and said I was not interested. It's been a month and I am still waiting on my promised refund back to the care card. The damage to my credit is already done.
