I did a google search, called this place and they told me I could just come in. I spoke to Gabby who was already great just over the phone. I walked into the place and it had a very warm welcoming vibe. Even though I was a stranger, all the barbers had a joint conversation and kept the humor going. Very cool place. When I was done, I was told there was a record store upstairs if I wanted to go look around. I didn't find anything to purchase but it was still a super cool setup. One cool thing was one of the barbers/stylists had her bearded dragon just laying out in the sun on the stars. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and need to get a haircut! A++++

Less than two weeks ago, I took my youngest to another salon for a haircut. I actually did not get…read moreto see my daughter's cut until after I got home because she asked the stylist to french braid her hair. When we got home, I realized her hair was uneven and was longer on the left side. Instead of going back to the same salon to have it fixed, I decided to take both my girls to the Cut 4 Confidence event. This was our first time at this event / salon, however this is the 8th year that the salon hosted the event. They offer free haircuts to students in K - 12th grade in order to send kids back to school with confidence. I first called to make an appt but was told that appointments are not taken and you just show up. The lady that took my call was very friendly and told me they normally have between 80 - 100 students. She said it seems like a lot, but there are stylists from other salons to help out. Sunday was the day of the event and normally the salon is closed. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Mary. We didn't get there as early as I would have liked so we were placed on a long list. They had snowcones, bottled water, face painting, bracelet making, and nail painting. Eventually it was the girls turn and both of their stylist names were Mandy. My oldest dreaded going back to school and hate getting her haircut but Mandy was awesome. She tried to convince my daughter why she shouldn't be afraid to get her haircut and even gave me tips how to curl her hair. The other Mandy was great as well. They both took the time to style the girls' hair. While I was waiting, I asked one of the staff about breaking a larger bill so I could tip the stylists. The staff member asked the owner, and told me not to worry about it. I was very surprised and felt bad not being able to, but very appreciative of the generosity and all the hard work that went into this event. The owner, Kimberly (Ms. Kim as some people referred to her) was super friendly and energetic. You you can tell she was adored by many. A young lady name McKenzie (not sure if she works here or helping out from another salon) was sweet and helpful. Everyone was welcoming and seem passionate about what they do. Truly amazing people!! When we left around noon, I noticed there were 114 names on the list! In the end, my girls were glad I dragged them here. It definitely gave them the extra confidence to go back to school on Monday.

I've been looking for a solid place for a full body massage and a friend recommended them. It took a few tries to find an opening online, but I finally landed an appointment and I'm glad I did. Parking leads you across a small sky bridge to the building. From the start, the place feels calm and well maintained. Inside, the atmosphere is peaceful without feeling overdone. There's a comfortable waiting area with a rain tree providing soft water sounds, plus a refreshment station with snacks, fruit infused water, and bottled water. When I booked, I didn't select a specific massage therapist. I was paired with Alyssa, while my friend usually sees Stephanie. Alyssa was excellent. She took time to ask questions before we started and checked in during the session to make sure I any areas I was having knots or tension was covered. She really listened and focused on the areas we discussed. The massage was better than I expected... relaxing, thoughtful, and effective. I walked out feeling refreshed and genuinely rejuvenated. I booked a 60-minute massage for this visit, but after how good the experience was, I immediately scheduled a 90-minute session for next time. I'd rate this a strong 5. I'll absolutely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, calming massage experience.
