When it comes to Thai & Lao food, I'm very picky but the food tastes authentically good. Highly recommended. Fast service too

Green Curry w/ Tofu

Tried this looking for a solid Thai joint in the area. Food was really good! I had the Pad Kee Mao, my wife had Green Curry with tofu and the kids ate chicken lo mein. Everything was solid... maybe the best Thai we've had in the area so far. We easily thought the green curry was the best we've had since moving here. The only complaint was my wife would preferred to have the tofu in her curry be cooked a bit in some fashion. This tofu was literally cut off the block and dropped in the curry. A small critique as the dish itself was very nice. The boys low mein was pretty run of the mill in a good way. Solid dish. Worth a try for sure!

As soon as it touched my lips I knew it was bad. Seriously lady, just take it back and get credit from your vendor!

Just ate here and the food was quite good however the wine was bad... it was obvious air had affected the wine in the plastic bottle from 2010!!! The waitress would not take it back and charged me for it. She also tried to get me to drink it mid meal and was defiant that it was just bought two weeks ago. She ruined what would have been a nice meal. I gave 2 stars because the food was good.

Pad Kee Mao was great!

This is about the only place I go to for Thai food in Northwest Arkansas. It seems to be the most authentic, and consistently prepared. If I talk my sweetie into going with me, we get a noodle dish, a curry dish, and something to munch on ahead of time. And they have beer. I'm a fan, fo sure!

Silk Road is a middle of the road Thai restaurant. Not the best I've been to and far from the worst. They have a very extensive menu to choose from which is nice if you like variety. The decor is nothing fancy and the service is good enough. They usually run with two waitstaff so the service does suffer a little when they are busy. It's certainly not a destination Thai restaurant but if you're in Springdale and have a craving for Thai this place will do just fine in meeting it.

If this is the best Thai food in Northwest Arkansas... People of Thailand, there is a great opportunity to open a restaurant and make a fortune in Arkansas. I love love love me some Thai food. This however was not as tasty as what I expected. I had Pad Kee Mao, which was fast and a large portion, but the taste was far from my expectations. I generally like spicy Thai food, so I ordered "Thai Hot" - which hit the mark, but was a different kind of Thai spice than I have had in the past. The dish was spiced with Jalapeño peppers to make it spicy. I think this changed the flavor and ultimately was a bad choice from the cook/chef. If you are looking for great Thai food, I would pass this one by and keep on looking.

My comrade had the Mama Rama fried noodles, and they hit the spot. Our order of steamed dumplings to start ourselves off was also quite tasty. I'll be back to dig the sushi!

This review is for the Holcomb location (I heard there is a food truck somewhere but i haven't been…read moreto it yet) This has become one of my favorite hidden gems discovered for lunch recently. The location is super convenient for me, and they don't close for lunch/school (unlike Rein) What this means that it means if I'm going to be eating out on a weekday during the workweek I'm going to probably be really hungry as 3 pm rolls around... I saw the high ratio of five star reviews Kin Zabb has been getting on here and decided I had to give it a go. I honestly had very low expectations being that it was so small and in a little shopping centre but take a look at the menu! It's quite a bit of stuff and I've enjoyed everything i've tried so far. The owner seems like a really nice guy. I had been itching to try a poke bowl for the first time somewhere and I went with raw salmon bowl and really enjoyed it... half and half sauce (half sweet half spicy mayo, give it a shot!) I asked what was good and what the people who work there like and so far the suggestion to try the Sea Roll was a solid choice... Love the spicy mayo and eel sauce here (i'm not an expert!) These tempura shrimp based rolls were one of my favorites of all time. Today, I got the Brownie California Roll as I was curious to try the eel, and enjoyed it fearing it would maybe be overpoweringly fishy it really wasn't. Since I tend to stop by here late and well past noon i can't tell you what the normal lunch hour is like, but the times i've dropped in it was pretty much just me and the hired help. Food is made to order and delivered pretty quickly. Give it a shot and keep coming back to keep this place going! Fantastic rolls here 5/5

Well, my review has changed. I decided to revisit Thai Delight, and now I highly recommend this…read morerestaurant. This time I had their Pad Thai. It was excellent! I have been to a bunch of Thai restaurants in NWA and had their Pad Thai .... this one is the best I have had. Perfect sweetness. Perfect noodles. Perfect spicy-ness. My buddies had pineapple fried rice and they scarfed it down and enjoyed it. Next time, I am going to get something a bit different. Stretch my tastebuds a bit. The atmosphere is nothing to look at. Fairly plain. A few things on the walls. But, when the food is good, who cares?! The service is just a sweet lady and her mom. Both attended to us, and were very enjoyable. They made sure to make note that Thai Delight is the only true Thai in NWA. I have no way to judge that since I have never been to Thailand, but I'll take their word for it. lol The reason for the 4-stars is because I have one complaint and two recommendations for Thai Delight --- Complaint: I paid almost $50 for three of us to eat for lunch. That seems a bit steep. The food was great and the portions are generous, and the service was enjoyable, but (man!!) those prices are high. --- Recommendation #1: you have to pay for drinks (bottled!), even for water. I would have appreciated free water. --- Recommendation #2: many people came in and wanted a quick lunch meal. Thai Delight very clearly advertises that they don't do quick meals. I think they should. Made a a quick fried rice that is premade and ready to serve for those who want a 15-20min lunch stop. Thai delight would make more money if they did this, and can still service those of us who don't mind the wait. Anyway, this place is highly recommended and might have just become my favorite Thai restaurant in NWA.

4/22/26 This family…read moreowned business was highly recommended by a local friend and I had promised to check this place out the next time I was in town. Well Yelpers, I've found my new fave Northwest Arkansas restaurant! TBH, I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived. It looked like a modernized restaurant with an open kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant and waited to check in and a handsome young boy asked if I had reservations and I advised I didn't and he asked if I wanted to sit indoor or outdoor. He grabbed a menu and helped me to my table. I was quickly greeted by a staff member and given a glass of water and was told that there isn't an assigned server but that multiple staff members will work together to attend my table. After eating American and Italian food all week on my business travels, I was craving some authentic simple home cooked food and this location brought me virtually home for dinner. For those of you that know me or have been following my review journey, have gotten to know my household ethnicities. When I saw the House 1830 Menu, it was a delightful mix of Vietnamese and Laotian food! The color purple was present from accent walls by the kitchen to my cloth napkin on the plate sets, to the "seasonal" menu font color all tie together with staff uniforms including the outdoor purple umbrella above the outdoor seating space. They even have custom pillows on the bench seating with the House 1830 logos. Susana, one of the owners came to greet me and asked if I've been here before or if it's my first time. She shared that her husband Binh was the head chef today and many patrons typically think it's a fusion restaurant but it's really a family inspired menu that keeps the food as authentic as possible. Binh is Vietnamese and their sister in law Bé is Laotian. I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Bé as she was celebrating her birthday elsewhere as she should. Susana shared that her contribution is the inspired cocktail menu...which had so many yummy options that you don't see anywhere else. They had a Lychee Martini on the menu but I see it often everywhere so I ordered the Longan Martini to try and it was delish! I started with my roots and ordered a Vietnamese House Sampler described as a sampling of the crowd favorite starters. Cha Gio | Mini Banh Xeo | Bo Xien Tam for $21. The eggrolls were crispy and had the right amount of filling well seasoned, the Bite-size Banh Xeo shrimp crepes was light and the flash fried marinated beef skewers were seasoned to perfection with a family marinade. Lettuce, cilantro, mint along with the various nuoc cham (dipping sauces) were great! I didn't want to fill up as I wanted one of my favorite Lao dishes Nam Khao - Crispy red curry seasoned rice combined with small chunks of cured pork, and spices. It comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro where you can eat it like a lettuce wrap or eat it as is like fried rice for $18. This light entree for me hit the spot. The staff was exceptional, occasionally stopping g by to check if my water was ok or if I needed anything. I went to check out the bathroom to wash my hands and thought the wall murals were trendy and happy to see the restrooms were clean. I stopped at the open kitchen and complimented the chef and his staff on my delicious meal. They were very cheery and thankful for the compliment. Went back to my table and contemplated another cocktail or dessert but I was really beyond stuffed and figured I'll be back and to save options for my next visit. Chef Binh stopped by my table and we started talking about a little of everything. The restaurant concept, the seasonally inspired menu and to keep things fun for regular diners, shhhh....you didn't hear it from me...but there's even a secret menu that changes often! You'll have to ask or sign up to get the details! You don't get many seasonal menu options from Asian restaurants so I love that they have a seasonal menu and a secret one that only the special members know about! Come check out House 1830! You will not be disappointed yes, I'll be back to visit Binh, Susana and team! Thanks for the hospitality! Thank you, Zerric for the best recommendation! Xoxo
